The owners are incredibly warm and attentive. From pre-arrival communication and reception to meticulously looking after every detail during our stay, their dedication shines through. You can truly feel their passion for life. The room's layout is well-designed, but the private hot spring pool deserves the highest praise. It was diligently cleaned every day, with even the tile grout spotless. Each evening, the hot spring water was crystal clear with a faint, pleasant scent of bezoar. They even thoughtfully brought drinks and fruit to our room as soon as the water started filling. Our child enjoyed yogurt every night for three days, and impressively, no two flavors were the same – such a heartwarming touch. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, offering a variety of local dishes like Ersi and rice noodles, alongside side dishes, fruits, and pastries, with hardly any repetition. Our child's recurring phrase each day was, 'Next time, we're staying at this hotel again.' Overall, the experience was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owners for their attentive and thoughtful care.

Book a homestay online for the first time in Trip.com . Seeing that he can pick up and drop off the plane for free. Just want to try. Unexpectedly, it was surprisingly good. The room was clean and tidy, and all the facilities were modern. There is a large hot spring pool in the room. Fruits, coffee, casual drinking in the small restaurant, breakfast is also very rich. Apples, crisp peaches, we couldn't bite, the waiter helped us bring out the grapes. Our old couple are in their 70s. It is not convenient to go up and down the stairs. They all helped us to the room. When we arrived at this small shop, it was as warm as home. The warm and thoughtful service of the store owner and waiter made us very touched.

The owner was very kind; after we sent him our location, he proactively picked us up and even helped us with our luggage to our room. The house was uniquely designed; every floor we went up revealed a different and delightful design, which we especially loved. Our family also said it was warm and comfortable. 👍👍 It had everything: a laundry room, exercise equipment, a terrace with a barbecue and swing... a piano, a guitar, and a breakfast selection that combined Western and Chinese elements, including coffee, bread, butter, oatmeal, porridge, rice noodles, oranges, corn, and plenty of fruit. When we got tired of walking around, we could easily sit in the shop's coffee shop – very comfortable! 👍

Facilities: It's a newly opened place, located right in the ancient town! It has an antique charm, and the environment is lovely. They even upgraded us to a room on the second floor, heehee! Hygiene: Excellent! Very clean, which is important to us as we really value a clean environment. Ambiance: The design is fantastic, I love it! It has a very Yunnan-esque feel, heehee, predominantly wood. And it's quiet! Service: I think it was genuinely great! Little brother Cun (Xiaocun) was so enthusiastic! He even helped us with our luggage when it was raining, and was very accommodating. He also recommended many places for us to visit! Highly recommended! It's a place I'd definitely come back to! My top choice in Heshun Ancient Town! The value for money is also excellent.

We had just spent 3 nights at this B&B and loved our stay there very much. The manager on duty, Mr Wang, picked us up from the airport. Helped us settle in. We then wandered around the ancient town, which was a very nice place to explore as well. He assisted us with booking an onsen session at another resort in the area (20-minute walk). Also helped us with booking rental car, making travel plans, booking ride to Baoshan Railway Station. He and his crew were friendly, genuinely kind, attentive, always offering to assist. Room was super comfortable. Design was simple but very nice. He designed the decor himself. Given the chance, I would love to come back and stay again (longer, hopefully).

The room was very comfortable, well-laid out, and fully equipped. It was also quite spacious, and there was a private hot spring bath in the room. The viewing platform on the third floor offered beautiful views of the fields. Breakfast was also plentiful. The service was excellent. The only slight drawback was that the view from the room was of other houses, so the scenery wasn't great. Otherwise, it would have been perfect! The rooftop afternoon tea for two included freshly baked flower cakes and a sweet and delicious rose honey tea.

Overall, this stay was absolutely fantastic! It was definitely a highlight of my Tengchong trip and I highly recommend it! Having visited Tengchong three times, this is the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. From the hotel's decor and facilities to the service, everything is top-notch, and the price is very reasonable! It's especially suitable for family trips. The suite we stayed in was cozy and comfortable; it truly felt like ”coming home,” so pleasant and warm. 1. Facilities: The room had a private soaking tub and underfloor heating. Staying there in autumn and winter, especially when the ginkgo leaves turn golden, was incredibly comfortable. A hot soak instantly warmed me up and relieved all my fatigue. 2. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was impeccable. Being a new hotel, the attention to detail was excellent, absolutely impeccable. 3. Service: Every butler was exceptionally warm and attentive, providing professional and thoughtful service. The owner even personally monitored the service in the group chat, which was fantastic! A special shout-out to our butler, Xiao Tang! During our three-day chartered car trip, he was not only incredibly helpful and attentive, answering all our questions, but also proactively took photos for us and recommended daily attractions. He even scouted out locations beforehand, guiding us to avoid crowds and allowing us to see absolutely stunning and photogenic ginkgo trees. He was incredibly reliable! Furthermore, my brother and I are always forgetful, and he patiently helped us contact and find things for us. We are extremely grateful. 4. Living Environment: The neighborhood is quiet, the environment is green, and the air is fresh. We slept exceptionally well and soundly at night. We'll definitely come back next time!
