來騰沖之前在民宿方面做了很多攻略，簡直挑花了眼~偶然下在某書看到了雲廬的推薦帖，因為評價實在太好 圖片也太美，擔心不真實，本來沒抱太大希望，結果和老闆交談幾句 覺得人很直爽也很聊得來，果斷選擇~來了之後，真的就再也捨不得走啦。
【服務貼心，像家人一樣】
在沒出發前，老闆和管家就跟我們要了航班號，提前安排好了接機~當天落地取完行李後，司機師傅就在門口等着我們，一路聊 一路就回到了客棧，特別絲滑。到客棧之後，管家小哥哥就跟我們聊天 熱情地邀請我們一起喝茶；晚上我們稍微有點打噴嚏，管家小哥哥還給我們送紅棗薑茶，真的超級無敵貼心。
客棧負責早餐的姐姐人也真的好熱情，因為我們一直沒在客棧裏吃過早餐，姐姐就一直邀請我們 還因為聽到我想喝豆漿，立馬拿出豆漿機現磨，還一直擔心我們不夠，繼續給我們加水果和餌絲~後來在我們跑其他城市玩兩天後又返回客棧續住，姐姐聽説我們回來 一大清早就又磨好了豆漿，真的很感動~
【環境寬敞舒適，住得很安心】
住民宿前我們比較擔心衞生問題，但是到了雲廬之後才發現，完全是多慮了。雲廬是現代式的裝修風格，從大門口進去之後就感覺很明亮很寬敞，有點像一個小別墅。房間很大，每天早上起來就能打開陽台的門呼吸新鮮空氣，看到小鎮平和又慢節奏的景象~很治癒。房間裏面配備的用品很齊全很貼心，還給浴缸配了一次性的浴缸套！床品都特別乾淨，作為住客真的會覺得住着很安心。
一個好得民宿，真的會讓一段旅行變得更加難忘。很開心這次選擇了雲廬，雖然衹短短住了5天，但是心裏已經不捨得離開了。我們還在民宿小羣和管家説，下次見！是的呀，雲廬真的太好啦，我們還會再回來的~

管家提前幾天就打電話確認班機，主動問詢需不需要接機。頭天晚上也再次進行了時間確認。
我們是早上九點到騰沖駝峯機場，司機小哥哥接到我們就把我們送到客棧吃早餐了，有點微涼的早上一碗熱氣騰騰的現做米線，真是暖人心呀。
聽説來之前的幾天騰沖一直在下雨，太幸運遇到了絕好的天氣。好天氣對於旅行太重要了。
超幸運管家給我們升級了房間，窗外景色太美導致我一直磨蹭到下午都不想出門。
設施：非常好，床睡着超級舒服。
衞生：我們到的太早，前面客人剛退房不久，和管家聊天，每次阿姨打掃房間一間就要一個多小時，衞生完全沒有死角，特別是泡池特別乾淨。
環境：在高黎貢山的別墅區一條路的盡頭，有點難找，但是非常安靜，沿途特別美。我們是租了車所以沒覺得不方便，不租車的話管家還可以開車把人捎到山下。
服務：沒得説，好得很。👍
天然碳酸温泉私湯:這邊是碳酸温泉，水是乳白色的。很舒服，碳酸温泉可以放鬆心情，露天的池子，白天有藍天白雲，夜晚有星辰明月。房間裏還有牛奶，泡完出來喝一盒牛奶超級舒服。

They eagerly made all the arrangements needed for us to enjoy many of the local beauty spots, art and history museums, wildlife areas as well as an exquisite dining experience that could not have been found without their assistance. Imagine dining in a 280 year old home inhabited by the same family since the time it was built!
The facilities are one of a kind. The layout, design, building materials, decorating are all well done and satisfying to the senses. The spacious room itself featured a large comfortable bed with luxurious sheets and comforter. Heated floors, our own outdoor patio with soaking tub also added to the sensory feast. An unexpected and pleasant addition was how the family and some of their friends and guests would gather around a fire pit to enjoy tea, conversation, cards and some homebrew in the evening. Also the manager was very nice and helped in every way possible suggesting some fantastic restaurants for good local food. We really enjoyed our stay here. City itself does not offer much except for the volcano hot springs but perfect hotel for a day or 2. Breakfast was typical Chinese style but wholesome and had everything u would expect. XXiaozhuzidelingdiThe environment is beautiful, there is a big lake in front of the hotel, and walking in the morning makes you feel more like a vacation than visiting crowded attractions. It was almost 10:00 when we checked in at night, and the front desk enthusiastically recommended which restaurant was delicious and which one had fast delivery. On the day of departure, I had an early flight, and they also enthusiastically prepared breakfast for me. Knowing that one of my companions was lactose intolerant, they thoughtfully prepared a separate portion of soy milk. A big thumbs up

GGuest UserThere is free parking, located in the core of the city, convenient for travel, there are many places to eat around. The bed is big enough and the room is clean. The shower room has a wooden platform and is very user-friendly. The breakfast variety is not too much but the rice noodles are good. The hotel is called four stars but personally feels that the difference is far away, regardless of local facilities or personnel. Basically, most of the hotel staff are polite, but the female front desk on the night of my stay is very different. Not only scolding the guests, but also want to drive people away. A hotel known as a four-star hotel has such a reception. The hotel owner should fire this person. She will help the hotel pour rice.
