"Nice stay. 8 nights. Breakfast was ample choices with superb staff. Extra attentive and personable staff throughout…Security at street to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant. Music in lobby seemed like it was on repeat. 🙄 great location one block from metro station. Food choices nearby. Mall of Asia is a grab ride. The hotel did have shuttle offerings at specific times for free."

"Had a little hiccup before check-in cause i was supposed to wait in the lobby for my check in time but there were a lot of people in the lobby and i think they were filming a movie or something. It was a bit inconvenient but luckily there was a coffee place beside the hotel. Altho its not their fault cause i was the one who got there early but it would have been nice if they offered a place where waiting guests can lounge. The front desk was so kind to check me in a little bit earlier. The room was spacious and neat. Altho the A/C was so cold at 20 degrees but was able to manage. I was only able to explore other amenities in the hotel at night but i think it would have been fun and full of life during the day. The staff were so jolly and corteous, and was swift to cater my needs and requests, altho it wasnt that many. The security were so kind and i can say that they really do well with their job keeping the guests and the staff safe. A special thank you to K9 Handler Joven, Rey, Windel, Jeff, Jayson, Dinnes, and Sabando– who were always ready to open the door, quick to assist, and greet me and other guests. I felt really safe. I have booked a lot of hotels in manila and all of it were just subpar. My stay in Lyf Malate was the best so far and would come back the next time i have to be in manila. Thank you so much!"

"The room is clean and spacious. The location is convenient, as it's close to fast food restaurants and a convenience store. The housekeeping staff are friendly and always greet the guests. The view outside is great! However, the room lacks soundproofing you can hear people passing by in the hallway."

"Not far from the airport,staffs are helpful and attentive i was thankful because they let me checked early..room was good too and breakfast buffet are great they even gave us complimentary birthday cake for my daughter… thank you! Highly recommended!!!"

"Location is perfect, just beside ayala mall if you want a mall that’s not so crowded. Lots of restaurants surrounding the place. Very near Parqal bldg and tha area is  ideal if you want to do some jogging or walking. Breakfast is always amazing and club lounge access is a plus. Staff are as usual very courteous, clean and safe."

"We attended the Better Endings Concert of M2M which is just beside the hotel. Location was perfect, staff were nice. Our room was at the 5th floor where the spa is. There’s a security door just after the spa so only guests could enter the area with the rooms. I love that and the wonderful smell coming from the spa was glorious. Our room was huge and had this great view of the coliseum and the street. The hotel is environmental-friendly as they provided water in glass bottles instead of plastic ones. And everything is provided for. The guest services line is online 24/7 and responds right away. The only hold up I think was the long wait for check-in but could be because their computer system was slow. But it was all good cause I only had to get my room key when I lined up cause I registered earlier in the morning. Thank you, Novotel!"

"to rate my stay in General, this Hotel can be promisinmy wife and kid loved the pool set up at day and night. Rooms have a cold aircon and working hot cold ahower. Sira ang Vault sa room 805 kaya diko napakinabangan to keep my valuebles. Medyo mainit lang sa lobby that wont provide you relief when one comes in from the busy , dusty and humid thoroughfare outside. One instance that actually annoyed me as a guest is on my second night of stay March 15 around 11PM, i enjoyed drinking at the Sky Bar and went down outside the front parking to have a smoke before calking it a night, when a guard of the hitel asked me to transfer my parking. The fact that i dont driink and drive plus i dont really have my car keys with me, i politely refused. Fact number 2 was earlier at 10Pm i wasnt able to park on the side which is vacant but a Taxi was blocking it so the earlier guard told and assisted me to park almost at the lobby front. I actually requested the other day to the other guards to let me park by the front parking instead theire parking space several meters away from the hotel. But this particular guard on March 15, is actually insistent and showing me actions of dissappointment from my refusal to his instruction..i told him that he should have informed the front desk and the desk to call me at my room earlier before i went to skybar. His gestures and show of dismay brought me a feeling of awkwardness and ask him what he would have do if i didnt went down and went staright back to my room after the skybar. But just to settle the score, I finally gave in and went up 8th floor to get my car keys and drove drunk my car and transferred to the slot where we agreed. Aside from this disgusting experience, i recommended this Hotel to my friends and by my photos they are actually impressed specially the hanging pods which is a unique feature of this cute and Aaffordable hotel."

"A budget hotel near Araneta Colleseum just a 10 min walk. Perfect if you attend a concert/event happening at that venue. The amenities were only soap and shampoo, but it’s still ok if we compared it with the price. It’s good location"
