Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort Reviews

Location is close to terminal 21 and lots of massage places and restaurants.  However it is a short distance to the beach and not exactly ocean facing.  Room is spacious and clean and we were allowed early check in.  Breakfast lack variety and is relatively pricey.  Wifi works well.

In general, I'm happy with the hotel. Swimming pool is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is ok.

Well the over all experience was good. Location is very good. Easily reachable to walking street by tuk tuk in 5 mins.

It was an amazing trip during Songkran. We loved everything about it. The hotel staff is friendly and kind. I want to thank Pie from housekeeping that was keeping our room clean and was very nice to us. And also a pool bar attendant Auy (not sure if I spelled it right), who is also always smiling and being nice 🙂. Hi, from 2 Kazakh ladies from the 16th floor 👋 There was also a nice bellman or doorman, unfortunately I can't remember his name...he was always greeting us with a smile and wishing a good day) When I come to Pattaya next time, I'll definitely choose Mercure.

Room is renovated but hallway is old and can smell some guest smoking, breakfast is under my estimate but ok, location was great, staff was nice.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The hotel has a fantastic water park, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. It’s very family-friendly, and the staff are incredibly nice and accommodating. The location is great, just a short distance from Terminal 21 Mall, which is one of my favorite places to visit. The hotel is also very clean. Highly recommend!

Room is small, toilet was dirty. There was a hair on the lamp. TV is unwatchable, some blurry something. But the breakfast was nice and the waterpark is fun there.

Nice hotel at a great location. Walking distance to shopping malls T21 and restaurants within 5-15min.

Location is super, close to night market, food street,walk around 10 mins to famous runway night market or terminal 21 shopping center! Ground level pool for kids and 5th floor pool for adult quite relaxing time, so thoughtful! Recommend to stay at ocean site, can look at ocean view!

Great hotel, clean room, pillow and bed are comfy. The ambience is good.

First of all, I would like to express my thank you to your Front desk team, they have service mind and alway smile even they are in the trouble circumstances with heavy check in, check out. The location is good itself as close to the beach and you can walk on the back of hotel to the Terminal 21, Tiffany show and a lot of massage shop with cheap prices. Unfortunately,as there are high demanded of cleaning service during the day. The house keeping team forgot to clean our room until we came back from outside around 17.45 PM. They might have some reason behind such as the manning are not enough for support the team or they use outsource housekeeping company that might have a communication breakdown. Therefore, overall is great and love to be back

The location of the hotel is very good. If you stay in a deluxe sea view room, you can have a good view. I found that the shower room shower head was very clean. This is the first time I have come across such a clean shower head.
