Close by to the city centre! Walking distance to all the main attractions. Room is abit small but value for money.

Very safe for solo female travelers. The tram is just on the roadside and it is conveniently located near many attractions.

Floor is Chak chak very uncomfortable. To start the hotel smell is bad

The location is good. Just few minutes walk from the old town and powder tower. Hotel is just next to the train station Masarykovo Nadrazi. Very quiet and clean hotel with air conditioning. The pillow and bed were comfortable. The staff are very not Friendly. Really enjoyed the Breakfast.

Location very well

The price/performance ratio is too low. We were given a loft when we checked in, and had to climb the stairs with our big luggage! The facilities are old, the carpet smells bad, the bathroom facilities are too poor to use, and there is no heating!

Because of the hotel's good location, it only takes 10 minutes to walk from Vienna train to Prague station, and from Prague to Berlin bus station! It’s also a short walk to the Old Square, so book this hotel! But the arrogant and discriminatory expression of the front desk staff made me definitely dislike the hotel. One of the photos of the front desk was deleted because the staff did not allow it to be taken! The air conditioner was controlled by the staff and was turned off in the middle of the night. It was very stuffy in the morning! The room has a sloping roof, so charging requires bending down to work🤬 Slept with bugs all night, what a nightmare! There really is no wishing fountain in Prague Square! Don't come again Thank you Ctrip service staff, they are very responsible👍

The hotel is on the 2-4th floor of the annex building next to the train station. Although it is next to the train station, there are not many trains and it is not noisy. It is also within walking distance from the main train station. The building is quite Eastern European style and very small. The attic floor on the 4th floor can be moved by one person to listen to the sound. The elevator is very small and very slow. It is definitely faster to walk without large luggage. The room was quite clean. The breakfast is filling and can be replenished with water. It has everything it needs, and overall it’s a cost-effective choice.

Price-quality is good, the location is excellent and it has buffet breakfast included. The facilities are nothing out of this world but they do their job, for a couple or three nights it is fine.

The location is excellent as it is close to the Prague Central Station, with a tram stop in front of the hotel and a subway station within a few minutes' walk. The Gunpowder Tower can be reached in a few minutes by walking along the street in front, and the central square and sightseeing location are also good if you go further.

The room was OK, clean, and the location was very good, very close to the Old Town Square. The staff were very nice and attentive, and they allowed me to check in in advance. The entrance and exit doors are monitored and very safe.

The Prague Masaryk Train Station can be reached in seconds, and the Prague Main Station is less than 10 minutes' walk away. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk away from the Old Town Square, where there are many sightseeing spots around, on a straight road! The building is old, the floor creaks when you walk on it, and the elevator is slow. I stayed in a single room for 2 nights, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I could hear some noise from the corridor and the room next door, but outside noises such as cars didn't bother me except for the sound of the siren.
