I have to say thanks to Aurora and all the rosewood hotel. This hotel is definitely one of the best in Guangzhou. All the staff is super nice and the view of the room just WOW. I highly recommend it, especially for couples who wants to have an unforgettable experience. Thanks again rosewood hotel

My stay at the Rosewood Guangzhou was simply perfect. The service, facilities and environment all left a deep impression on me. As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was immediately attracted by its elegant design and warm atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous, and the check-in process was quick and efficient, making me feel at home and well cared for. The room is spacious and bright, with an elegant decoration style and modern facilities. What surprises me most is the bed, which is soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning and completely relieving my fatigue from the journey. In addition, the mini bar in the room offers a wide variety of beverages and snacks, enabling me to enjoy delicious food right in the room. The hotel's catering service is also first-class. The Chinese restaurant's Cantonese cuisine is authentic and has satisfied my appetite; the Western restaurant has an elegant environment and exquisite dishes, with every bite a feast for the taste buds. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options, meeting my different taste preferences. The hotel's fitness center is well-equipped. Every morning, I go to the treadmill to work up a sweat and maintain a healthy lifestyle. In addition, the hotel offers an indoor swimming pool and a spa, allowing me to relax and unwind during my leisure time. The hotel's location is also very convenient. There are shopping centers, restaurants and tourist attractions all around, allowing me to enjoy shopping while taking a break from sightseeing. In conclusion, the service level, facility quality and overall experience of the Rosewood Guangzhou are all first-class. I strongly recommend it to every traveler who pursues a high-quality accommodation experience. Next time I come to Guangzhou, I will still choose to stay here.

Had a wonderful stay at rosewood. Great location, connected to K11 mall, ample of restaurants. Will be staying there again!

Rosewood is always our first choice in gz. Service was great. This time we stayed in rosewood residence and since we are with baby it was so convenient. The space was big. We had bedroom separated from living so we could enjoy our time while baby was sleeping. There’s less options for food since it’s residence the hotel didn’t deliver. However they made exception for us and we got served breakfast in the room. They even brought the cake at 12:00am which was amazing. These little efforts makes us keep coming back to rosewood and why we consider it the best.

I would like to immediately note the friendly staff in the person of Aurora and Wendy. They were very kind and professional. English is good. The residence is cool, the view is unreal, the gym and pool are very comfortable. I slept well) I did not find any shortcomings.

We came as a group and some stay at the hotel. Rosewood Residence is more peaceful, and the hotel thoughtfully put the guests with young children in one dining room which is easier for other guests who prefers a more quiet atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully done . For spa, we have to go to the hotel and it was very very nice. We’ll come back to Rosewood Residence.

Recommend telling the porters as soon as you arrive in the lobby that you're staying at the residence not the hotel otherwise you'll end up going to the 92 floor for no reason. There's a separate entrance for the residence but all dropoffs happen at the hotel lobby.Stay was great breakfast is on the residence lobby 60ish floor and not with the hotel. The pool although incredible has the odd rule of always needing you to wear swimming caps like your swimming at the Olympics. Would recommend.

Been awhile since I’m impressed with a hotel, but this stay ticked all boxes for me. From cleanliness to the quality of the rooms to the service quality, everything is impeccable.

I had a pleasant stay at Rosewood Residences Guangzhou. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and the amenities were excellent. I would definitely recommend Rosewood Residences Guangzhou to anyone looking for a place to stay in Guangzhou.
