Very convenient, just few min walk from station, convenient shop is at the opposite side. Although it's a small hotel, the room is spacious and well equipped. They not only have their own personal onsen but also provide free voucher for outside onsens. The service is excellent. All staffs are so polite and can communicate in English. The greatest is the midnight bar which serves with free wines /drinks and snacks till 2am

The hotel has a wonderful vibe. The location is great, the service is lovely, and the dinner was yummy. The extra little gift was a really nice surprise that made the stay memorable. I really liked the free drinks and snacks on the 3rd floor - it was a super chill spot. I'll be telling my friends about this place, and I can't wait to come back with my family. I'm super appreciative of the fantastic experience.

Traveling with my mother, Kinosaki Onsen ♨ is definitely the most surprising choice, and the hotel is even more so! Special thanks to the service staff Rose and GouGou, although the language is not fluent, they are very patient to answer one by one with the translator. I would like to praise the hotel's meals, the breakfast and dinner arrangements are particularly good! There are pictures to prove it! The environment of the hotel is also nothing to say, clean and tasteful. In short, it was a great trip, grateful to meet!

The hotel is very new, and the interior decoration is artistic. However, the hot spring inside the hotel is thin and the hot spring outside is more flavorful. The food is okay and there is still room for improvement. If you stay in a hotel by yourself, there is no free parking service.

I traveled with my parents. The hotel service was very warm and I really felt at home. When we checked in in the afternoon, there was free afternoon tea. For dinner in the evening, we had snow crab + Tajima beef, and very delicious ice cream! I went to Gosho-no-yu and Ichi-no-yu in the town's hot springs, both were good. I also took a bath in the hotel's small hot spring, and it felt very good to take a bath alone! The hotel is highly recommended! One night stay with two meals, we stayed for RMB 4135 including tax. The small towns in Japan are really good, with few people, beautiful scenery, and not so fast pace!

The hotel decoration is very novel and the room equipment is new, but there is only a toilet in the room and no shower gate. You have to go to the private onsen on 1/F to take a shower. The hotel provides a public onsen pass so you can try six different public onsen outside; the most worthwhile One thing to mention is that the hotel provides nice kimono jackets...the staff are very helpful & welcoming, and there is a free drinks corner in the evening. Overall, the accommodation experience is good.

The hot spring hotel is about a 5-minute walk across from Jogasaki Onsen Train Station and next to Jizo hot spring. The location is very good. All the reception staff are warm and thoughtful, with a sense of ceremony. The rooms are newly decorated and the facilities are very modern and complete. Even the humidifier is filled with hot spring water. The check-in is full of rituals, and the hotel offers a unique afternoon tea. The hotel's private hot spring is also very good. In winter, it is equipped with an orange hot spring, and there is also very considerate ice tea for drinking in the hot spring. However, the quality of the food is good, but there are not many varieties. It is not really a kaiseki meal. It is just a small bug.
