A below average stay. The whole complex is disorganized. When we finally got to the room the bathroom floor was flooded. There are no amenities with this room, not even toilet paper and we only got one towel for 2 people. The water heater did not work so there was only cold water. The location is good, close to the airport.

This was hands down THE WORST experience we’ve had. We booked this room only to spend a few hours there between flights. Its location was our reason for choosing this place and since it was on the cheaper side, we weren’t expecting a lot from it. But we were not prepared for how bad this was! First of all it is a nightmare to find the correct compound where the room is located. Staff kept radioing each other, sending us this way and that to figure out where it was. This is not even a hotel. More like a private room being rented out. So you don’t get any of the normal hotel services and staff have no obligation to assist you. In fact, they don’t even hand you the key. Just point you towards the room. Now let’s get to the cleanliness. It was NASTY. Like I said, we were prepared for low quality due to the price but we didn’t want to sit anywhere - even less sleep on the bed. I’ve included some photos showing rice scattered around the fridge, stains on the floor and empty shower gel bottles in the shower. Why? Why put empty bottles? They also didn’t include any basics such as toilet paper. We ended up leaving 4 hours earlier simply because we felt the airport might be cleaner. Honestly, take this rental off the platform. We’ve never been disappointed in Trip, but the pictures are miss leading. It gives a sense that this is a normal hotel room when it is absolutely not.

Waiting way too long for the key after already long and exhausting trip. Toilet needs upgrade, needed to flash few times. And the last thing is that they put me in total different hotel. So yeah. Probably not booking this hotel again.

A big scam! We booked this place because it was near the event I planned to attend. We arrived on time for check-in but waited for almost an hour before someone showed up and told us the room was fully booked—despite the fact that I had already made a reservation in advance. Then, the lady sent by the owner to pick me up brought me to a dirty, substandard transient place. This was very inconvenient because I had to take a taxi to the event. The main reason I booked this place was its proximity to the event and the advertised amenities. I believe this is their modus operandi: they overbook the place, and when guests arrive without other options, they are forced into a dirty, poorly maintained place to stay.

The place smelled like feet, there where cockroaches all over the place (kitchen drawers, toilet, living room...), the TV didn't have a working remote so it was like having no TV. The only good thing was the shower water pressure (coming from previous places where this was really poor, in comparison this was a good point for us). Overall, it served as a place to get out from the airport for a few hours instead of wandering around, but thank goodness we didn't have to spend the night, it wasn't pleasant. It was also really hard to find and we didn't get any response from the host, so had to ask and waste plenty of time to arrive. Too expensive for the quality offered.

Our stay at Plam Tree once again was just as we expected, great friendly staff and service. Unit in excellent condition and great location near the airport and shop's. Will be back again as we have many times before.

Great location especially if you are traveling. Very near the airport. Near the church as well.

The area is very nice for a walk. On the left are shopping malls, shops and local zone. On the right are convenience store, Church, other hotels such as Marriott, Belmont, Footbridge to Terminal 3 and elevated streets. Very convenient and clean to walk to Terminal 3 because we walk inside the new and modern footbridge. Got an apartment on the 2nd floor and can see the front entrance. The room is large and has a kitchen with microwave and kettle. No washing machine and no toiletries but no problem as I brought my own. Comfortable clean bed. Wish that they would add the underpad in case any guest causes any mark or a woman has her period. Now they only place a bed sheet directly over the mattress. Reception and Security staff are very welcoming and polite to everyone who came. We waited in the main Reception until the Host came around 2:20pm and led us to the Cluster we stayed. At the 2nd Reception, we registered and the Host led us to our room. When checking out, we returned the key into the mail box of our room. The condo is quite luxury. Room has old furnitures but shower room is new. Compared with rooms of the same price range, this is a great place to stay. Thank you so much for the help from the 2 ladies at Reception so that I could receive my parcel I bought online.

When I got to the guardhouse, I mentioned my name and the address which was published in Trip.com and then guard is telling me the there is no record of my name on the list of people checking in on that day, so I called the caretaker and she was rude to me. So I told her what happened and she was raising her voice to me while saying that she already did the paperwork. And then when I was talking, she doesn't even let me finish my sentence and just keep on saying that just wait just wait. I wanted to ask her if should I wait cuz there are different clusters and 2 guard house. It was just so annoying. Also, when I tried to watch tv, there was no signal and even though they have a remote with netflix button it's not even working. Idk, I didn't bother to ask for their help anymore

Horrible service and the security guard was so rude, they couldn’t find my booking. I had to wait 40 minutes for the house keeper to find me another room located in another location. The studio was dirty and had a horrible smell. The location was terrible, right on a busy street with traffic noise until 5am!! There was no apology given. The only convenience of this place that it was in walking distance to terminal 3
