Checked in smoothly. Hotel room clean and air-con cooling good. Tv is big but remote control has issue to change channel easily. Location within walking distance to Wu Lin Men mrt station, surrounding not much to see and eateries not many around. There is washing machine / laundry room in the hotel.

Great stay. Close to the metro which is very helpful. The front desk answered all my questions and helped us get to the Dragon Boat Festival. Nice breakfast. Highly recommended!

Big bed. Room and toilet adequate size, clean with std facilities. All linens, towels clean and good. Less than 5 mins walk along Shenglixincun alley 1 (turn right after exiting Exit F of Wulinmen Station. Easy to take buses too. Breakfast good. Their coffee machine makes the best coffee on this trip. Laundry room just behind reception, using 2 x 13kg washers an 2 x 13kg dryers. Very efficient wash and drying. Next door is a small food shop serving local food. Again, like other hotels, it lacks wall hooks in room and bathroom for hanging clothes. Staff good. Big working table in lobby area. Lobby, clean and fairly big. Got robot to deliver food to rooms too.

Staff offered bag delivery but lack of standard information, I had to wait 30 minutes. Room was cleaned but the wall problem and stain is 20% of room. Second floor is better room but price is similar to the cheapest room.

An older hotel which has been done up to some extent, but lacked atmosphere. The hallway to the 1st floor room was musty and dull, but the room itself was a good size with a comfortable bed and recently renovated bathroom. There is bit of noise from the parking lot outside the window, but no noise from neighbouring rooms. Good breakfast, with both Chinese and western options. Very helpful staff, and althought they don't speak any English, happy to communicate via WeChat. Use of washing machines and driers handy. No wifi available in breakfast room and was intermittent in the room. Not in the best location (not near any tourist spots or convenience stores), but short walk to Wulinmen Subway Station - along Shenglixincun alley 1 (turn right after exiting Exit F of Station). From Wulinmen, you can catch the metro (line 3, and change at Wulin Square to line 1) to Longxiangqiao, which is where all the shopping is and is an easy walk to the West Lake.

Hotel is situated at a good location, just a short walk to the train station which is 2 train stops away from the main city area. Staff were nice and friendly, they also allowed me to ship my taobao packages over to their hotel and helped me keep it. Facilities are kinda old, space is good enough for solo travellers. I got a room at level 1 and the room's sound insulation was awful. I could hear everything, birds chirping at 5am, kids screaming and running along the aisle. Updating their facilities is something the hotel definitely should try to improve on. The rooms are non smoking but I could still smell cigarettes along the aisle.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Neat, clean, great central location in the city in a quiet residential zone, despite being between two highways. The staff was absolutely helpful, courteous, very nice and friendly. Clothes washing came with the room service, didn't have to pay extra. The room was large and spacious, the bathroom clean, both were cleaned daily and amenities resupplied each time. Had a great time and slept calmly despite the jet lag. I highly recommend everyone go to this hotel is they're staying in Hangzhou. I had a wonderful time!

This is the best hotel I stay on this 21 day trip. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location wulinmen exit F, turn right into an alley and walk around 200m. Water temperature is unstable. Water will flow out n wet the floor. Sound insulation is not so good.

This hotel was amazing for the price I paid. The bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was great. Coffee is available while you eat, unlike in many hotels. It's only one metro stop to the beautiful Huang Long Cave and one stop (on a different metro line) to the main starting point of West Lake (where there is someone who speaks English at the bicycle rental stand).

Very nice stay. The room was recently renovated, spotlessly cleaned. The lady at the front desk is very friendly helpful.

The hotel rooms were very clean and tidy. the hotel is very close to Wulinmen metro station, so it is very easy to reach the city centre. receptionists were very professional and kind. i strongly recommend staying here

The staff was helpful and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable. The room was modern and well-kept.
