Great location. It is just next to the ferry station. The room is big but the refrigerator is not working.

The room was comfortable, with balcony. Lake view was stunning. 5mins walking distance to the photo spot. Free shuttle was provided from/to parking P1 every half hour. Breakfast was included.

Very good service. The staff was super patient and helpful to recommend us for our tour planning. We had to walk 2mins from the reception to the other building, but our luggage was carried by their staff so nothing to be worried. The hotel room was nice and clean and with a stunning lake view balcony. The breakfast was also good with a lot of food choices. Will definitely recommend to my friends

service is absolute! luggages being ferried for you to the room 'cos it's an uphill climb and it will be tough for us to bring up our own luggages! the room has a PERFECT view, and it's HUGE! glad that we had stayed for one night in hallstatt

Good location, hotel room is full of characters and with great views from the room widows.

We booked the lake view suite, and the location is superb. However, Hallstatt has become quite congested with heavy tourist traffic, making the prices excessively high compared to the facilities and service level they offer. On the bright side, they provide L'Occitane amenities in the room. In summary, when considering the hotel rate, think of 80% of it as paying for the view.

Pleasant stay in Heritage Hotel. Perfect location. The room is big and spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is really good as well. The staff at the reception is really nice and welcoming. Room assigned is on 4th floor, which we could hear footsteps from the room above us at 6 am in the morning. Request for a room on the top floor, 6th floor, if you're a light sleeper like us. The restaurant is really good. We went there for dinner twice during our 3 nights stay in Heritage Hotel. The soup was really good. We ordered the char grilled salmon with pumpkin risotto, really delicious 😋

Located right infront of the jetty. Felt very welcome by the hotel staffs. Having breakfast and one of our dinner in the hotel. Every cent spent in Heritage hotel was good value for money. Recommend to stay for short getaway to Hallstatt 🥰. Thanks for hosting us. ❤️

Service was bad, we asked the staff to book the taxi from hotel to the train station and told them we bought the ticket to Vienna at 1:30pm, the staff said it takes about 10 mins from the hotel to the station so they advised to book the taxi at 1pm. We wait for the taxi at 12:45 but the taxi driver didn’t show up until 1:10pm. We were in a hurry and ask the staff to check but the staff didn’t care at all. Finally we missed the train.. we booked a private taxi but the taxi came with customers and we need to share the ride. the young lady at the front desk were not helpful, we asked about the traffic to the train station due there was disruption for the ferry to station.. she didnt even want to respond our questions and follow-up for the booked taxi until we asked several times. The room does not have an air-conditioning and the shower room does not have door, it’s wet everywhere in the toilet after shower.. the room equipments were antiques. Not recommend for staying.

Love the room so much! Is by the lakeside. Room is spacious, front desk is polite, location is great and breakfast is fantastic. Stunning view from balcony. Enjoyed my stay there and value for money!

We stayed 1 night. Location is very convenient for people who take ferry back to train station.

Thought the hotel is at where it is located, ie near the ferry pier. How ever we were lead to a location around 5 mins walk from the hotel. The room is clean, but it is very disappointing that it has no view at all from two small windows. Wifi signal not working at the bed room.

Super excellent hotel, lovely breakfast and delicious dinner, beautiful room and high quality facilities, super enjoyable and experienced during this trip, good to share to everyone

Location: Nice location if travel by ferry boat. The hotel is closed to the pier. Breakfast: Various types of breakfast. Room: The room is cleaned and convenience.
