AAnonymous UserThe room was very comfortable, and the location was excellent – right outside the Chinese Embassy. Plus, there were free snacks during check-in! The staff were really helpful with luggage and arranging taxis. Just a heads-up: avoid the convenience store downstairs; the staff there are incredibly rude and you can't eat inside. There are plenty of other options all over the street anyway!

TTharunKlWe had an exceptional stay at Nine Tree Premier Hotel Insadong by Parnas. The biggest highlight is its unbeatable central location everything you could possibly need is right at your doorstep. From shopping and great food options to easy access to buses and the subway, it truly doesn’t get more convenient than this. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a comfortable stay, especially when traveling with family. The vibrant Insadong area adds even more charm, with plenty to explore just by stepping out. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our experience seamless. While it’s not overly pricey, it offers excellent value for money and is absolutely worth what you pay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul!

GGuest UserOverall, our stay was great. The location is perfect, 4 metro stations, plenty of buses, a lot of cafes are near by. The room is pretty spacious, there was everything that you might need. The TV is smart, it’s possible to watch Netflix or YouTube. The room was clean, well-prepared. The check-in process is super fast, the staff is friendly. The WiFi was great as well, I joined zoom-call easily There were two minor things that we were a bit dissatisfied about: 1) the AC doesn’t have a night mode so it’s hard to adjust it, it’s either cold or hot.. we struggled. 2) we wanted to dinner at BBQ restaurant at the hotel, which works till 10pm as was stated at Ad. However, we came at 9, it was already closed, they said that the last order is at 8:30.. which is rare.. usually last order is 30 min before closing. So we left hangry. Anyway, the hotel is great, we would definitely come back and recommend all friends.

GGebitandeshuiThe room was spotless and well-maintained. Although there wasn't a window, the ventilation system was excellent, with efficient exhaust in the bathroom and effective dehumidification. The lighting and temperature controls were easy to use. The soundproofing in the room was superb. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious; while the variety wasn't vast, the quality was top-notch. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Sejong-daero and Sungnyemun. From the room, you get a direct view of Gwanghwamun, and Myeongdong and Lotte Department Store are just a 5-minute walk away. City Hall Station on Subway Line 2 and various bus routes are also easily accessible. The service was outstanding; the staff were dedicated and had strong multilingual capabilities.

GGuest UserMy stay at HOTEL BOTANIK's Deluxe King Room in Myeongdong exceeded my expectations. The room had a modern, apartment-style feel with brand new facilities and full amenities, making it ideal for those planning a longer stay in Seoul. The in-room amenities were definitely the highlight. The air conditioning had a control panel for temperature adjustment, and it came equipped with an AirDresser, a washer-dryer combo, a separate fridge and freezer, an induction hob, and a microwave oven. Inside the cabinets, there was even a wine cooler, wine glasses, and mugs, giving it the feel of a small boutique apartment. Charging was also convenient, with both USB and Type-C outlets available, and the bidet toilet had a full range of functions. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation design, and the water pressure was consistent, making for a very comfortable shower. However, there were a few things to note: The kitchenware provided was quite basic, with only two plates, which might be insufficient if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Also, laundry detergent wasn't provided in the room, but you could purchase it at the front desk if needed. There are several construction sites near the hotel, but surprisingly, the soundproofing was excellent during my stay, with no noticeable noise at night. My sleep quality was quite peaceful. Overall, this hotel is more of a ”high-functional type” accommodation. The facilities are new and highly practical, feeling more like staying in a well-designed apartment than a traditional hotel. It made for a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserI had to cancel 1 night and even though i submitted the request within the amendment period, it was conveyed to the hotel and by the time the hotel responded, it had past the deadline. I felt that I was caught in between trip.com and the hotel, the time taken to communicate the amendment was delayed because of the communication time between the 2. When I arrived to stay the 1 night, the staff were so unaware of how to do service recovery - they know that I paid almost SGD1000 for 1 night, perhaps they could have upgraded the room or just provided breakfast. But no, they say they can’t change anything in that booking. Like seriously, you guys shouldn’t be in the service industry! I laughed when I saw that welcome message from the hotel GM in my tv screen. Never again in this hotel. And trip is not blameless too. You should always set deadlines taking into account response time between hotel and trip.

Pros: -nearby the sinsa station/area (but required around 5-7 minutes walk there) -Big and cozy bed for two people -Toilet with good warm water -Good amenities -Good space for 2 luggages to fit (big ones) -Has a very nice cafe on the rooftop to see seoul city -Able to see seoul towel from our room! What to improve/Take note: -the staff service at night can’t really speak english so sometimes I don’t understand what they say abiutbthe deposit when checking in. -No microwave/only fridge available -The walkway is actually on the slope/hills (the picture doesn’t show that much that the hotel is on the hill so anyone who has big luggages or on snow time it is recommended to book an uber on the winter time)

GGuest UserThis place offers a keyless entry, a kitchenette with a full size fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The washing machine was on uneven ground, so it literally walks out of its compartment during the spin cycle. The place doesn't offer any crockeries, plates, cutleries or detergents for the kitchenette to be functional. The hotel shares a lobby with another accommodation, so it can be confusing checking in. It is located close to public transport, and Myeongdong shopping street is about 10-15 min walk away or 1 bus stop. The front desk will not call taxis for patrons, even if it's to the airport. So make sure you have k.ride setup and ready to go.

GGuest UserIt's always a nice stay here! The location is very great, olive young is downstairs , and the subway station also downstairs, it's near the airport bus stop too! They have bidet and the toilet is scpacious, the room also spacious, you can store many luggages, they have tables and chairs too for you to eat or have some work, their receptionist lobby and all the staff also very helpful during my stay, definitely recommended, not to mention they have 24h convenient store at the 3rd floor and laundry room

PpmorrowNice location, it will take about 10 minutes from the metro station. Modern fashionable business location of the Gangnam? Sorry, it is not. Urban beauty of the Seoul is so-so. Cafes or restaurants aren't very close, but not so far. But the sport cafe with evening soccer translation is close and you will hear it all the might very well. Facilities.. You will have no toothbrush and soap. Only single use shampoo and shower gel that weren't updated even every day. Towels also not refreshed every day. Multiple use sleepers. Drinking water you may find in the hidden fridge. Electric kettle i have not use. I dont remember, maybe the tea bags where available. Even condoms where but i prefer a toothpaste with toothbrush. Once i have asked to clean the room it was ignored. But on the third day was done. One time at my 4 night stay. The best option i have met as EU standard USB 2A phone charger which helped me every night. As i have took chinese standard charger only, so stupid for me. Might be smarter next trip. Hope my currency rate will grow again and the hotel costs with these weathers will not look so high. But last time i expected more. Anyway thank you!
