SsunnyAs a business traveler with high standards for accommodation quality, this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The facilities are brand new, the gym is well-equipped, and the laundry room even has dryers – absolutely perfect for those on a business trip. I especially want to commend the gentleman at the front desk, employee #6. Not only was check-in efficient, but he also proactively asked if I needed printing services when he saw me with documents. Ms. #2, another front desk staff member, gave a detailed introduction to the dining options and transportation around the hotel. This kind of professional service attitude made me feel incredibly comfortable. It's definitely a trustworthy choice for a stay in Changsha.

RrhzyThis hotel has a really stylish vibe, especially the lobby and restaurant areas. The service was excellent; they provided breakfast, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks. The photography service was also great – the photographer was very helpful, and there were no hidden extra charges for photos. There's a self-service laundry room, or you can have the butler take care of it for you. It's a great choice if you want to experience Chaozong Street. The only minor drawback is that, being nestled among old houses, the views aren't very expansive, but that's not the hotel's fault; guests choose this style for themselves. In the room, the toilet didn't flush automatically, and the button was a bit confusing. The hot water kettle was also a bit tricky to use and leaked a little. I hope the hotel pays more attention to maintaining these smaller items.

Next to the night market, the geographical location is very good, parking is also convenient, there are many delicious foods. It is not far from the high-speed rail station and it is very convenient. The bedding was neat and odorless, and there were no water stains or smudges in the bathroom, which made me feel very comfortable staying there. All the facilities worked properly; the air conditioning and hot water were both excellent, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff were super nice, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The environment was quiet and not noisy, offering great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

Choosing the All Seasons Hotel for this trip with friends was the best choice. I will definitely choose All Seasons again in the future. I hope All Seasons continues to improve. This All Seasons Hotel is truly new, and all the staff provided excellent service. Whenever we needed help, we contacted their staff, and they were very helpful and responsive. GGuest UserThe room was spotless and very comfortable. I originally just picked this hotel randomly when visiting Changsha, but it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise! The natural light was great; when the sun shone in, I felt so warm and cozy. Plus, check-out was at 1 PM, and the hotel even extended it for us by an hour. They also gave us a small gift when we left, which was a lovely touch. Excellent service, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changsha.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly helpful! The hotel elevator goes directly to the subway station, so you don't have to worry about getting wet if it rains. Plus, it's super convenient as it's only one subway stop to Wuyi Square. The hotel is also very close to Chaozong Street, which is great for a walk. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. If I ever come back to Changsha, I'd definitely stay here again! 😇

GGuest UserI absolutely loved the room layout – every angle was picture-perfect! The bed was so soft and comfy, I slept like a baby. The high-rise river view was simply stunning. They even had a full-length mirror in the room, which shows great attention to detail. The lobby’s black and white decor combined with the warm fireplace created such a sophisticated vibe. You should definitely check out the selfie studio downstairs, and the breakfast was delicious too!

GGuest UserThe owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room rates are very reasonable, and the place is clean. They even offer airport drop-off service, which is a huge convenience! On my previous visit, my flight was significantly delayed, and I couldn't confirm my exact arrival time. Yet, the owner kindly waited up for me until 3 AM! This is my second stay here, and I'll definitely be back!
