I booked a room with city view, however my room was facing a wall. I was expecting the view to be over the street just like in the pictures, but I was left with a corner room overlooking the back of the building. They could not switch my room to a room facing the street. However to compensate they gave me free breakfast and late checkout. Still quite upsetting. Be careful.

Very small, can’t even fit in the luggage, safe don’t work and many things are old. Staff were friendly and helpful.

AC wasn’t working until the last day of my trip. Hotel room relatively small, but perfect for solo travelers. Very clean and nice location, interior also quite minimalist & modern. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful.

First of all rooms are really really small even though we booked highest category Deluxe rooms. No proper cupboards for luggage and clothes. Biggest issue is there was no space to even walk in the room. Staff behaviour is rude and not caring about the guests. No room service and no facilities at all. Waste of money and room is really compact and limited. Friendly tip- Our room was 14 sq mtr which is really small size. Better look for other hotels with bigger room size atleast 20sq mtr in Paris

Such a comfortable wonderful stay at Nouvel Hotel Eiffel! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the hotel was cute, quaint, clean, and in a quiet area. The plus was that the bed was very comfortable and I had a very delicious sleep! The only concern for other travellers may be if they are bigger people with a lot of luggage this may be a problem, as my room was very small. But it worked fine for me although there was not proper space for my luggage, I still was able to make it work.

The hotel is as good as the picture. Central in location and very near to Eiffel tower and metro station. It is true that it is small as others have commented, but I believe it is usual in Paris. Interior is modern and couldn't complain. Staff are nice as well. 👌👌

Staff were great, location was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. There wasn’t a lot of space in the rooms but we didn’t have much luggage so wasn’t an issue for us. The shower didn’t have very good pressure but otherwise it was fine. Would definitely go back,

The hotel room was very small and the sink was dirty. It would be fine for one person, but it would be a bit too small for two people.

The hotel is a claustrophobe's nightmare. The elevator is like a toy, the room is tiny, the bathroom is so small that it is difficult to turn around in it, the mattress and pillows are terrible. The curtains do not close the window all the way, so you will not be able to get a good night's sleep. But the staff is friendly and helpful.
