It’s not advertised that the hotel is under renovation , and there’s noise the whole day, it’s good that we always spent the 2nd part of our day out . Elevator not working. I asked the reception to have the room cleaned on our 3rd day, it wasn’t done. Not worth the pay

currently no lift available, up to 6 storey. once lift has been replaced it will be great

Very excellent location The room is close to stair way but after 9 PM, it is quiet

Location is very good. Metro station is just a minute walk from the hotel. Receptionist is very helpful talking to the driver who does not know how to speak english who will drop us off to the airport. Room size is just enough for 4 pax.

The elevator repair will take more than one or two days, so please inform us before booking. The elevator is not available and you have to climb 5 floors.

The hotel is conveniently located. Clean room. Friendly staff. Next time I will stay here again if I have a chance to come to France.

The elevator was under renovation, so I had to take the stairs to my room on the fifth floor, which was quite tiring with my suitcase. The service was so good that I would have been willing to pay less for the room. However, the hotel is located on a main street, about a two-minute walk from Gare du Nord and the metro station, so the location is excellent. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and fast food restaurants nearby, so drinking is not an issue. The restaurant next door is open late, and there is a front desk staff right outside the hotel's glass entrance, so it's also safe. Therefore, I don't think it will be a problem if you return to the hotel close to midnight. Also, the price was lower than average for Paris, and the room was clean, so it's understandable, but the fact that the elevator wasn't working is still a big deal.

Very clean rooms, very well-located hotel However, there are a few areas for improvement to improve comfort: The elevator has been repaired: the spiral staircase is a bit stinging 😅, with the added bonus of bundles of laundry getting in the way upon arrival! Insulation: soundproofing the rooms and hallways would really be a plus... A dedicated area for staff to take their coffee breaks! Good value for money

Choose carefully!!! The hotel is under renovation, there is no elevator, you have to climb four or five floors to get to the room! ! The water temperature for showering at night is very low and cannot be used.

The location is good. The facilities are average. After all, the price is there. There is no elevator. It is a bit tiring to go up to the 5th floor.

It's right in front of the subway station, but you have to go up the stairs to get to the room, and the breakfast is just bread, coffee, and juice, everything is simple, but it's forgiven because the subway is easy to get to.
