A good stay and very reasonable for the room rate. We were here for a few nights while waiting for our Vietnam visa. Very comfortable hotel. Spacious and clean room. Big comfortable bed. Mattress is hard but it was okay for us. Daily housekeeping. Toiletries, free water bottles everyday. Good air conditioning and ample hot water. Decent smart tv. Wifi can be improved. Staff is friendly, efficient and was the best. Breakfast consisted of a few stir fries, fried eggs and congee. Buffet style breakfast. Basic breakfast but it's good. There were no decent foreigner friendly restaurants around so it's great as a transit hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. When we left, front desk got us a golf cart to the bus station fast so we could get to the bus station at 9am easily and smoothly. Thanks guys

The service is the best in my whole Laos trip and the boss of the hotel is very kind and very responsible. Breakfast is very delicious and the surroundings are quite. Will come again!

Domestic guesthouses are of the same standard. If you drive there at night, you can barely stay for one night. If you can drive to Luang Prabang, it would be better to go directly. There are few people eating next to the hotel, but there is a bar around the corner where local young people gather where you can sit and listen to music. There are many cars and motorcycles parked in the yard at night.

Driving through Mansai and staying for one night, I was overall satisfied. The locals call it Sage Hotel. There is a great Laotian restaurant diagonally across the street, where you can enjoy a slow cooker.
