It was ok. The price was kinda pricy when we stayed. The hotel staff are friendly and nice though.

I booked this hotel the day I landed, and ended up extending my stay in Osaka. Not only is the location incredible (Dotombori and Namba within walking distance), but the surrounding streets are still quiet enough that you can enjoy some tranquility amongst the bustling city centre. Not an inexpensive stay, but the room perks were serious bonuses (a balcony, a massive bed, microwave, kitchen, washing machine and a fully kitted out bathroom).

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was OK and quite comfortable. I especially want to praise the two young men at the front desk who could speak Chinese. They answered all my questions politely and with a smile! The breakfast was also clean and delicious!

This place is much larger than other hotels, but the cleanliness is just average. You can rest on the balcony, but there are still some clutter. It's too noisy in the morning, maybe because the floor is not high. Anyway, it's just average. The lobby is also very noisy. If there are many people, you can consider this place, but forget it if you are alone.

It was good because there were two bathrooms. The view from the 14th floor was really good. 5 single beds and 1 double bed. Very good for 7 people. It's a bit far from downtown Dotonbori. On the map, it's right in front of the river, so I thought it would be close to the tourist area, but you have to walk for 10-15 minutes to see things like stores. It might be burdensome for a family trip.

It was conveniently located near Dotonbori and I was able to leave my luggage, which was nice. I used an 8-person room and it was bigger and better than I thought ^^

It was a one-room apartment-style hotel. There was a washing machine, so it was very convenient for traveling with children. It was a 15-minute walk from Dotonbori, but once you leave the downtown area, you have to walk through some deep places lol. If you come by car, there are several parking lots nearby, and you can park for about 1,600 yen per night. It was a new building, clean, and the receptionists (many of whom were non-Japanese) were very friendly.

It's neither good nor bad. The location isn't that great and it's hard to get to. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I'm not sure I'd come back!

The refrigerator is large, gas stove with the ability to cook your own food. Microwave oven. In general, you get apartments with hotel service.
