Excellent service from all staff, including valet, bellhop, concierge, check in and cocktail bar. Great view from well-appointed and spacious room.

Lovely

The hotel is located close to the City Hall, in the downtown center of Philadelphia. The Philadelphia City Hall is a landmark building in American history. Its clock tower is taller than the Big Ben in the UK. You can climb to the top to visit. The hotel lobby is very grand, with a marble dome-shaped roof and transparent glass in the middle that can see the sky. The service is warm and polite. Recommended.

Two steps away from the city hall, the hotel building reminds me of the Pantheon in Rome. The hall has a high ceiling and the breakfast is ample. The hotel is very close to the love park and not far from the museum.

The hotel is in a good location, with complete facilities and warm and thoughtful service. The decoration is a bit old. Due to the off-season, the breakfast variety is not rich enough

Facilities: The facilities are good, but some needs such as refrigerators and microwave ovens need to be called separately, but the hotel will respond in a timely manner. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, clean and tidy! Environment: The geographical location is extremely superior, and it is very convenient to do everything. Ordering Chinese food takeaway is very close to Chinatown, and the food is always hot when it is delivered.
