"Used for watching baseball. The roof of the dome was visible from a close distance and it was easy to come and go in about 15 minutes. I arrived before 13:00, but it was good to check in as soon as the cleaning was completed and I was able to relax. The email asking for check-in time arrived the next day instead of the day (because it is via a travel agency), so it is smooth to contact the arrival time in advance."

"Close to Tennoji station, bargain for this price with breakfast. Suitable for those who need to take an early train to the airport. Breakfast options can be changed with add-on price. Room hygiene is acceptable but with the smell of cigarettes. Even I remarked a non-smoking room."

The room was very spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to have a good rest. The hotel's facilities are also very complete, including a gym, swimming pool, etc., which allowed me to fully relax in my free time. In terms of service, the employees are enthusiastic and very professional, which makes me feel very friendly."

"The wheelchair went faulty half way through the trip but counter staff was very helpful to ask around where else we can borrow even though we have to travel to umeda station but she helped us call hospital and pharmacy in addition to check if it’s possible too. Hotel also provides beverages and snacks during certain timing. Stayed with them 11 years ago and happy I chose them again this time. Thank you!"

"Everything was great, the staff, the service, the room and the style of the room, the downside is it's a bit small and the nearest station is 8 minutes away, it might not seem much, but after a long day, it would seem long, especially with luggages. The one thing that surprises me most is the small games they had in the lobby, there's a pinball machine, and other small machines. There are free luggage lockers as well if you need to check out early, you can put your bags there."

"Hotel is quite new. Location is not too close nor too far from train station, about 15 mins walk from Osaka station. Lots of shops and restaurants around. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is slightly expensive, but understandable given it is located near umeda area. Overall it is not bad"

"Spacious room, about 10-15mins walk to Takashimaya Namba, and various stations (OCAT, multiplier train lines connecting). Tucked in a corner - quiet neighbourhood and away from Busy Dotonbori. Comfortable bed, has everything needed with 2 bottled water provided daily. Strong shower head water pressure. Tried the bfast buffet for one of the days and enjoyed it - wide spread with lots of local cuisine."

"Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel. Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind. On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks."

"We stayed here for 4 nights, room is spacious, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfectly located, with direct access to the metro, walking distance to Dotonbori, just a 2 mins walk to Takashimaya and Nankai Train Station, providing easy access to the KIX airport. I would definitely return!"
