"It was a very beautiful place to stay, and we were so glad we chose it! Our room was spacious and had a fantastic ocean view from the window. We could also enjoy the pool, which was great for couples like us! Because the pool is deep, we recommend that families with children go to the nearby affiliated hotel and use their shallower pool! The gym was also well-equipped, and the morning stretches felt wonderful! Getting to the nearby beach was easy thanks to the tuk-tuk-like vehicle! However, on the way back, we decided there wasn't enough space and walked back to the hotel, which was a bit of a struggle because it was uphill. The staff were all very kind, and we would definitely like to stay here again!"

The hotel has a small beach where many locals enjoy water activities. Overall, it's great, and I'd come back again. The price is also very reasonable, so I'm very satisfied! You can choose between a bed or a futon on tatami, but you can only pick one option, otherwise there's an extra charge. I didn't confirm the details with the hotel, but if you want to sleep on tatami, I recommend checking with the staff beforehand to see if both guests need to choose the same sleeping arrangement. The bed is also very large; two adults and one child can sleep comfortably without feeling cramped."

"Since we had a one-year-old, we looked for a tatami room or a separate room. The room was very pretty, clean, and a tatami room perfect for a baby to sleep in. Although the space was divided by a door, it wasn't a complete room and was just a space that closed without any soundproofing, so we had to play quietly outside after putting the baby to sleep. I heard there was a B&B, but I didn't see it. The facilities felt a bit dated, but it was clean, so there were no inconveniences. The staff were very kind and handled situations very well. I was touched when they came from afar to take a family photo while we were looking at the sea. With amenities like a microwave and a coffee machine, it was an excellent hotel for staying with a baby."

"Large resort with everything you need. Building and rooms are dated f(it was built in the ‘90’s) so don’t expect card keys or USB ports. However, the rooms are spacious and clean, service is attentive, and the facility was constructed with attention to detail. For example, the bathroom mirror is heated, balcony rails are wide and flat with a surface (perfect for placing a beer while taking in the view) instead of tubular, and there are laundry machines and beer vending machines on each floor. I’d recommend and stay here again."

If it is a family trip, you can consider the hotel next door, the swimming pool and hot spring facilities are more suitable for children and I believe the price is also more affordable."

"Don’t know even where to start! When checked in were advised that onsen facilities needed to pay, when in Trip app never mentioned that… the staff (a female non-Japanese staff spoke fair English but she was of no help and she showed annoyance during the whole interaction, very bad). The room was smelly and old, the toilet was small, after a night sleep, my husband had some rash on his face (maybe dirty pillows, which were changed the next day), there were no drinking water bottles available like any decent hotel, and they claim to be a resort… The hotel couldn’t cope with the amount of people stuck because of the typhoon and all the restaurants were full and needed to wait at least 1 hour, never extended their services since the pool was closed, at least the onsen should be extended, not only the indoor swimming… Really terrible. The good thing, the lobby was very instagramable and the food was not bad, specially the bbq buffet which was divine. And shampoos and shower gel were L’Occitane! I won’t recommend the place, for the amount of money spent for the accommodation, we honestly expected more!! The pictures showed in Trip app are really dated… The place is really old and smelly…"
