We booked three nights at the ANA Manza beach hotel and I had a great time. The service was amazing and the location is exceptional. The private beach was great and as a hotel guest towels and chairs are included. I highly recommend use of the concierge lounge, the check-in process and the daily option for breakfast and evening snacks and cocktails was wonderful. Food was great, staff was great, beach and location were great. We would definitely do it again.

This is the hotel I am most satisfied with in recent years. I never write reviews, but I decided to write a few. The hotel's mega zip is amazing! The private beach is also very suitable for children. You can see a lot of fish when snorkeling near the reef. The scenery of the hotel is very goodđ. And the hotel has many activities, such as blue hole diving and tennis. Even though I have booked so many five-star hotels by the sea on Ctrip, this one is still remarkable!
The Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa is an ideal choice for travelers who want to take in the sights and sounds of Onna. Shuri and Naha Airport are located 44km and 57km away respectively. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Manza Beach, Nabee Beach and Lagoon all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Onna hotel provides parking on site. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. For guests traveling with families, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.

Amazing resort hotel. I stayed there for three nights and i am so glad that I have chosen it for my first time visit to Okinawa. I really love the swimming pool and the private beach of the hotel. Their infinity pool even is filled with sea water!
Breakfast is also awesome. I like the great amount of vegetables options. I hope they can offer more variety of protein such as chicken dish. There is no freshly made juice which is also a letdown.
The room is perfect in all areas. Bedding super comfortable and the air con is quiet. I think the ventilation of the bathroom is the only issue.

Really perfect for family!! Although it is very expensive in summer, you will not regret booking! Very nice and fun swimming pools, my kid can spend whole day in the swimming pool. We also joined snorkeling and banana boat at the hotel marine center. Strongly recommend staying for at least 3 days or else you wonât have enough time to use all hotel facilities.

Halekulani Okinawa has definitely exceeded our expectations, mainly by the following reasons:
Service:
The hotel offered great first impressions to us, as mango smoothies were offered to us during check in, which was a nice touch to the experience of having a tropical feel even before exploring the whole resort. Also, we were given a free upgrade by the hotel workers, which definitely leveled up our experience.
Design:
The hotel has used the same design as the resort in Hawaii, including the signature orchid flower pool. This really made our family feel like we have been instantly transported into a tropical paradise. The hotel has also been designed to mix in with the spectacular view of the sea and sunset.
Size of the hotel:
Halekulani has a total of 5 pools, 2 blocks of buildings, which gives us a good time to actually explore the hotel instead of knowing whatâs where in one single glance.

The hotel decoration is a little old, but it is very clean and gives people a very comfortable feeling! The public facilities are comparable to 5 stars, and the restaurant, swimming pool, beach, and rest area are all great; the hotel has a particularly strong natural atmosphere, and the dense vegetation is the result of years of maintenance; there are two indoor and outdoor swimming pools in the hotel, and the white sand beach has fine sand. The only âregretâ is that it has been calm and there are no waves these days. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast included in the hotel can be replaced with a buffet lunch, and snow crabs can be eaten to your heart's content. Children under 5 years old are free, and you can directly use the âmeal ticketâ to eat in the morning or at noon. In terms of transportation, the airport's LIM-C or LIM-CD can reach the hotel entrance, which is convenient for back and forth, and you need to buy a ticket. As for the shortcomings mentioned in some reviews, such as the curtains not blocking light, low water pressure, etc., the problems do exist but are acceptable. I wake up naturally at 8 am Japan time and 7 am Beijing time every day. The only thing worth noting is that the air conditioning in the room is very cold, and those who are afraid of cold need to pay attention. One of the very good experiences so far is worth writing so many words!

Let's talk about transportation first. Take the airport bus at 2:40 and arrive at Onna Station at 3:55 (walk to the domestic arrival gate No. 4, bus stop No. 1). Notify the hotel in advance to pick up at the Onna drop-off point, and arrive at the hotel in 5 minutes. The hotel room is not luxurious, but clean. Choose a few people in the order and prepare a few beds. The sushi buffet opened by the hotel every Tuesday and Thursday is delicious and cost-effective. I also ate a Japanese set meal that is much more expensive and tasted average. The room card in the picture below can be used for free in the hot spring. I don't understand why I can perfectly avoid the following room card with a room fee of 3,000 per night? There are many cute dolphins in the hotel, and there are many activities. It is very noisy at night, with the roar of cars and motorcycles all night, and it is useless to close the door tightly.

Location is convenient, close to bus stop and convenient store. Nearby hotels at walking distances.
Hotel is a little bit old, dark, and has a musty smell in the corridor.
Services are welcoming and facilities are very adequate but some facilities requires additional fee.
Food options are great and breakfast buffet had a lot of different cuisine options.

An old hotel, with very big rooms and nice views, the location of the hotel is a little bit far away from anything. In any case, for resting, it is worth. Be ready to go up and down the hill (the hotel is on top of a hill) if you want to go out for strolling the beach, restaurants or the like. Being in the middle of nowhere sometimes has its advantages.
Relatively convenient bus stops down the trail connects you with Naha/airport in about 1h45min for budget option, 1:15 min for a limousine bus and maybe just 1h for a private/rental car. It is a place to rest, and that's it. Do not expect a fancy service.
The Japanese has their own rules regarding cleaning time and tea music in the afternoon, so if you are a foreigner, expect shocking situations such as bedding exchange time (there is a schedule for that), tea music time at 5 (which in case you get a nap for whatever reasons (i.e diving) it can make you wonder what´s going on (not just in the lobby, but in your room as well) and okinawa typical folklore music until 8 every day in the afternoon. If you have to sleep a while because of exhausting day, it could be relatively annoying.
In any case, for the price it has, it is okay.

Ppoco nyanThe facility was clean and stylish everywhere.
It was helpful that they provided a baby bed, diaper trash can, step stool, and even children's body soap.
Also, since we were traveling with a child, the in-room washing machine was very useful.
Since we had a baby, it was comfortable to stay in a clean room where he could crawl.
The breakfast buffet was really great, and the seafood bowl that you can make yourself was popular. There were also Okinawan dishes, Ryukyu porridge, and Okinawa soba.
The salad corner had thick, beautiful salmon! It was very delicious.
There was also a wide variety of bread, including churros.
There was also a Western-style side dish corner and a rice accompaniment corner.
I had it for breakfast, but it seems that you can change it to a lunch buffet for free.
A kind staff member asked me if I wanted to take a family photo near the pool.
When I asked for eco-cleaning, I received a 500 yen ticket that can be used in the hotel. There were snacks sold next to the restaurant, and there was a convenience store in the facility that sold drinks, snacks, and souvenirs, so I used it there.
The large public bath only has one bathtub, but it was spacious and relaxing.
I'd like to go again!
HHxKRecommended self-drive friends to (free parking) location is more remote, can not walk out, the nearest convenience store / restaurant to 4-6 minutes drive but not recommended to go, drive a little farther to eat barbecue better đ
The decoration service of the inn is very good, there is delicious green tea and candy ready-made at check-in. Breakfast is superb, stay two days will change a little, Japanese and Western Japanese alternating very rich!
Rooms to note, I deliberately booked the third floor thinking of a beautiful sea view, but the arranged room more inside half of the view is trees ... plus the room bathtub is not hot spring water very disappointed (people with tattoos are not allowed to go to the public bath )
AAnonymous UserThe counter staff is very kind, the room is large, clean and comfortable, the private beach is a bit dirty, the beach garbage is a lot, there is nothing to eat around the hotel, the restaurant convenience store has to drive for about 10 minutes.
BbagbbakiIt's a good value resort located in Onna Village in the central part of the country.
I hate small rooms, so I looked around to find a relatively spacious place.
There were two double beds, a large living room, and even a large refrigerator.
I really liked the jacuzzi.ă ă
I stayed for 3 nights, rented a car, and went around here and there. In the evening, I wore slippers and pajamas and went around eating at various places starting from Onna Village Izakaya.
There was a convenience store nearby, so I filled the refrigerator with Orion beer.
I had a hearty 3 nights.ă ă
The breakfast was clean and good. It was better than a buffet.
GGuest UserWe brought our 3+ years old boy on a 2 night stay during golden week (May 2024) and opted in for a dinner buffet on the first night. It was 2200 yen per adult n foc for my boy. The spread was limited but worth all its penny as the beef was so tender and juicy so i feasted on it. All other dishes were also very good.
The private beach was convenient and the water was so clear it looked like mineral water. There was a 50% discount voucher you can get from the hotel reception for the banana boat ride at the private beach and our boy enjoyed this and another ride. The young instructor who pulled us out on a jet ski for our water rides was friendly and went at a good speed for our 3 year old who was doing the water actitivties for the first time without us having to tell him to do so. He even went to the coral reefs and picked up a starfish n a sea cucumber to show our boy before returning it back to the sea. The water activites was affordable with the discount, price similar to Msia/Thailand/Indonesia resorts i have been to.
I was apprehensive booking this resort after reading the reviews on the state of the hotel showing signs of aging. However, the place was well maintained. There was an unpleasant smell when i opened the door to our room but its actually just the tatami which needed some airing. After opening the windows to let in the natural breeze, all was good. Cleaniness for toilet was good too; just need to figure out the temp control for the shower. The onsite onsen was clean and easily accessible at the basement, and wld have cost us at least 1200yen for a visit to a public onsite iin naha.
Totally recommend this resort for a fam outing with young children. I understand they have barrier free access rooms on the first floor of the resort so there were some families with elderly too.
GGuest UserService: After arriving at the hotel, the service staff will confirm the check-in information. The lady will come down with a cart to help us carry our luggage. Check-in is on the third floor.
Facilities: The hotel has indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The outdoor swimming pool is closed in winter and the indoor swimming pool is open during specified hours.
Environment: First-line sea view, open the window and you will see the sea. Listening to the sound of the waves at night is very healing.
We booked two rooms. The rooms were very big. It was hard to get used to rooms in urban areas.
In particular, when you check in, you will be given 3 instruction pictures, which is very attentive â¤ď¸
HHuangA small restaurant next to the beach, the entrance is a bit hard to find and small. The room has a nice view. The first floor also provides foot washing equipment, which is convenient for tourists who go to the beach to play in the water.
CcocowatercoolThe overall decor and style of the hotel is quite dated. Itâs not spotless clean, we notice some spots and color on our towelsâŚThe location is convenient though, very close to a lot of beaches and diving spot but didnât spend time in the hotel beach itself. Itâs not free I believe for hotel guests (100yen for a towel) and parking fee is 500 yen a night which I think itâs reasonable as well.
GGuest UserIt is located in the inner part of Kibo Hill. The environment and sanitation are great. The room is fully equipped. You can go directly to the swimming pool by opening the window. It's a pity that it's too cold. The waiter service is great. I will continue to stay here next time. It's a pity that it's too dark on the way back at night. There is no light at all. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Lawson
