Hotel is soooo far in the woods No elevator so it's a pain to carry luggages when check in and check out Asked for extra towels and rubbish bags, instead of delivering to the room, staff asked me to pick up at the reception, understand that coz there’s only 1 staff that you can see in the whole hotel Thought onsen was included, but you need to pay 5500 yen each time, it’s very small so it’s not worth it Washing machine and dryer free to use though. Definitely will not book again

The location is on the top of the mountain, not very convenient But it's okay for self-driving tours It takes 4.5 hours to drive from Narita Airport to the hotel Check in was already past 12 am The hotel staff checked us in after work But it was snowing, and some mountain roads in the snow were not open and not fenced off We walked in by mistake because the closed mountain roads were not cleared of snow The car got stuck in the snow Luckily it was not far from the hotel The hotel staff quickly helped us tow the car The hotel service was very good, very satisfied There was a cooking stove and tableware in the room Very convenient. The snow outside the hotel is so beautiful that I don’t want to leave

No lake view. The men's bath is hot. The view would be nice when there are autumn leaves or snow.

Clean and sanitary, ski in and ski out, very convenient, suitable for multi-day skiing trips, the snow field scenery is very beautiful! There are not many ski trails, but the advantage is that there are few people, the scenery is beautiful, and the snow is very powdery

The location is not very good. You have to drive a long way up the mountain, but the scenery is good and the place is clean.

The room is quite big, with a living room, dining table and stove.

Several staff are lovely and friendly

Breakfast was terrible
