Both ladies and gents had an indoor and outdoor hot pool, as well as a sauna and cold plunge pool. The hotel provided free washing machines with washing liquid and reasonably priced driers. The breakfast was a 9/10. Real fruit juice and cereal was all that was missing. The room was comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk to the station, close to the canal walk and only 20 minutes walk from the castle."

"The introduction of this hotel is completely inconsistent with the actual situation. There is no hot spring at all, 24-hour front desk service KTV and restaurant. The open space is full of garbage and weeds, the room is dimly lit, and there are big spider webs, and it is far, far away from the station. Needless to say, it is simply unimaginable in a place with no credibility like Japan. A one-night stay costs ¥2,000, which is equivalent to 40,000 yen."

You also can reach Okayama castle by walk (about 20-25 minutes) The room is very clean. The bed are great. We rested really well after long walks. There is only one flaw: it's impossible to open the window. But it's not a big deal. The reception staff are also perfect. Although they may not know English well, they're still absolutely ready to help with any question, including sending the baggage to our next hotel. The breakfast was also good. We'd definitely stay here one more time."

While location wise it is very centre, the distance from the station is an awkward 1.2km walk, which is just outside of walking distance especially when with suitcases. The breakfast is great but sometimes the staff get overwhelmed and the trays are not cleaned thoroughly. The hotel does not offer a lot facility-wise, with a laundry room appropriate for business travelers."
