The room is clean and comfortable to stay. The only issue is if you are walking your way to Legoland is estimated a 20mins journey

Hotel was remotely located but near legoland if ur purpose is to go there + im visiting my sis confinement just right opposite hence the booking. The room is super spacious with kids play pen and small tent. Very family friendly with mickey and disney theme wall paper. Highly recommend for your kids/families. Didnt take photos back then u can trust me

If you want to go to Legoland with kids, the pathway is full of cables and you have to cross streets. So, it is just beside the lego land but you pay a lot more without breakfast. You have options of better hotels with breakfast that you just have to get a grab. The Pristine has old elevators full of people and appears like a prison with a lot of bar doors. Not convenient as a hotel to leave the baggage if you need, don't have a reception but the online staff is good to get the keys on the mail box.

Amenities not really good...the mattress so hard and can feel the spring...tidur sakit belakang. Parking xbest...tempat yg sunyi & gelap.

This is such a very beautiful 2 bedrooms apt/condo. Everything is as it advertised and more. The only regret is there's no cloth hangers in the bathrooms, otherwise it's a perfect little vacation stays for small fams.

Location is good and place is clean. However, the water heater inside the 2 bath rooms did not work. The sliding door leading to the balcony does not work well either.

There were quite a lot of ants around the apartment when we arrived, so we had to clean up the place bit by bit. However, the location is great, just opposite Legoland, which made it convenient for us. Parking was a bit of a hassle as it's located on level 5, and the number of available spaces was limited. Overall, since we were only staying for one night, it was acceptable for our needs.

Great value for money. Comfortable rooms and Excellent location, especially for those going to legoland theme park. Service is terrible though, we would rate it 0/10. There was a leak from the pump / water room and a big puddle formed right infront of the apartment. We informed the host and security / reception but no action taken. Our 2 year old daughter nearly slipped and fell as well.

Nice view . Just walking distance to Legoland . Check in and checkout very convenient.

Checking in was slightly hassle but the location and cleanliness was good. It was easy to move around the unit.

Good stay but q little bit problem with the property agwent management. Booking with trip is perfect and the building management perfect as well.

Nice place to stay only the carpark was a turnoff

There were a lot of ants in the house, the toilet was dirty, and the house was noisy. Fortunately, the noise stopped when I went to sleep, but it started again in the morning. I had to check out early. However, the air was good. There was a small lake outside the window, and I could hear birds singing in the morning.
