Holiday Inn Express Newport Reviews

I stayed here for eight nights from July 19th to 27th and never felt uncomfortable or out of place. The hotel rooms and towels were exceptionally clean. Though the breakfast menu remained the same daily, the freshness of the offerings made it enjoyable every morning. Parking was tight at times, but I always managed to find a spot with peace of mind. I visit Wales nearly every year, and it looks like I’ll be returning to this hotel again next year.

Stayed for an overnight with my son, en route to a sports tournament in Wales. We both felt it was a better all-round experience than our usual brand choice and great value too.

Half hour from Cardiff. Easy car access with friendly staff and a good breakfast and air conditioning in a comfortable room. There’s food available at the hotel, but a super pub in Marshfield the Masons Arms which is 5 mins from the coastal walk.

Everything was really nice like the location, cleanliness, friendly staff, tasty food and very affordable price.

Stayed here a few times before, always a good experience. Room clean and tidy, breakfast included and is always good.

Comfortable room, friendly staff and decent breakfast

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with courtesy and polite service,the room was what we needed for my wife’s Disability, the food was good plenty of options really enjoyed thank you

Great hotel awesome breakfast and great staff

It’s surprisingly good for the price I paid for it. Excellent service, bright and spacious lobby, room was also spacious. The breakfast was also splendid. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Very nice staff very helpful

The hotel was really food, the only issue i had was with the transportation from newport to cardiff which is not hotel’s fault, but just something to keep in mind. The public transportation is really bad on the weekends
