Holiday Inn Express Madrid - Airport Reviews

Wasn't able to stay. Flight was delayed in the US and caused us to fly out the following day. I attempted to cancel and hopefully get a refund, but I was denied by the hotel.

Far away from any other food options, rooms spacious and clean, no tranfer to airport, very expensive

Clean room, friendly front desk, limited choices of breakfast, water pressure low for room 115

The hotel is about 2.5km away from the airport. Shuttle buses to and from airport with 5 Euros charged pp can be booked in advance. But it seems not expensive for calling Uber or taxi. The breakfast is good with sufficient food or drinks.

Breakfast ok, only was missing more fresh fruits. The dinner has few options and the entrecôte was good the weight was less than I imagined, ie, less than 300 grams as they said.

The Front Office team are the best in town

The hotel is great! The location is very near to the airport. The people in the lobby is very friendly and very nice. Room is very clean. The bad part is the bar-restaurant that is manage for an external company, the quality of the food is very bad and the service is very bad, not friendly, the food is very expensive because the quality is very low, so the bar restaurant need improve a lot, because the hotel is great.

New and modern hotel. About 10 minutes to Madrid airport by car. Not many restaurants nearby.

Hotel is 10 mins from airport. We had an early flight and breakfast was available even at 5:30am but no hot options. Everything was good and staff were friendly.

Good location, very close to the airport.(about 10mins by Uber) The front desk is 24hrs, very helpful for visitors that arrived in midnight. The room was super clean, and the staffs were very friendly and helped us a lot.

The facilities, the service are excellent and the location is close to several restaurants and adds more to the experience.

great service and comfortable environment

Lovely hotel. There was not shuttle to the airport and the taxi cost 20 euros. The promised coffee and bread was only dry toast and watery juice from a machine. Fine for a place to stay before an early flight.
