"We might have stayed at unprepared room. The shampoo and conditioner were empty so I had to call front desk to get it. According to a lot of reviews, there used to be some coins in the room to get water and pops from vending machines. However we couldn't find any coins from anywhere and we weren't even explained about that. There's no amenities except for Shampoo, Conditioners, Shower gels, Hand soaps, so I highly recommend bringing your own.
Wifi also didn't work at all. Tried to connect but errors occurred.
All employees were very nice, but service was poor and not worth it for the price and reputation."
"Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!"
"I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The washing area had no body wash. I called the front desk three times asking for help, but still had to wait nearly an hour before someone finally showed up. Because of this delay, my kids had to go to bed without a proper bath, which was very frustrating.
This situation could have been easily avoided. Basic amenities like soap and toiletries should be checked and ready before guests check in. It’s the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that everything is clean, stocked, and working properly. Guests should not have to chase down staff just to access essential services.
I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both its room preparation and response time moving forward."

"The hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better."
"The room is spacious, and the sofa bed in the family room can accommodate 2 people. The tea cabinet has a coffee machine, but no microwave or kettle. There is a small refrigerator. The heated swimming pool is good. Our favorite is the water park inside, where you can choose different activities for all ages. Check-out time is 11:00. There are family music activities in the lobby on Thanksgiving and Christmas."
"I give a thumbs up to the front desk team of Days Inn ~ The overall feeling is good [strong]. Whether it is the service attitude or the communication with the guests, they are warm and thoughtful. When the guests have needs, they solve the problems in a timely manner, making the guests feel at home and the satisfaction is very high."
"It was new or under renovation, and interior construction was underway. There was no restaurant, so I couldn't have breakfast. I arrived before the check-in time of 4:00 p.m., so I asked them to store my luggage, and they showed me to a room that was ready. The room was minimal, but very luxurious, and you can walk to the city center, so it's enough for those who want to have fun."
"#positive #I was happy with the Mosquito Control Measures, Value for Money, Natural Light in the Room, Nearby Restaurants, Soundproofing; The location of the hotel is very good. It is next to the ** Hotel. It is only 5 minutes away from the cable car to the waterfall. You can consider buying a day pass for 8 yuan Canadian dollars. You can go there once during the day and at night to experience the different beauty of the waterfall."
"We stayed for just one night upon our arrival from Toronto, as we were unable to secure additional days at another hotel. The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay."

Kkaka999The hotel is not far from the waterfall and can be reached on foot. The front desk will give you parking instructions when you check in, and the hotel breakfast is also quite good. The bedding is comfortable and it is generally worth staying.
PPhoebeeeCThey gave us a different room then the one we were asking (we booked a two bed one, but ended up having a king size room which is an upgrade i guess?) The facilities are relatively old but the room is decent and they have great service. However parking is 40/45 per night. It’s located right in the water park building so there are lots of people using the lift.
GGuest UserQuick check in. Bed’s super comfy. Breakfast line’s nothing special but simply and enough for quick breakfast. Nothing empty in the line as the service keep refilling. But be careful with the WiFi. I didn’t sign up for extra. But after check out they send me the receive for extra charge for the WIFI. ITS VERY DISAPPOINTING.
GGuanhaitingtaotourAs a global chain hotel, the price in Niagara Falls is much cheaper than Marriott, Sheraton, Hilton and other hotels. Although the hotel is a 10-minute drive from the Great Falls, it is still a great value for friends who drive by themselves.
We booked a queen room with two large beds, which is more than 30 square meters. Each room has cable TV and a work desk. A coffee machine and ironing facilities are also provided. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and it is very comfortable to sleep at night. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool, gym and business center.
The hotel is located opposite the ”White Water Walk” attraction in the Grand Canyon. It is only 2.5 kilometers away from Niagara Falls, Niagara Cruises, and Niagara Falls. It is only a 5-minute walk to the Niagara Railway Station, which is very convenient.
RroiberadorMy family went to Niagara Falls to celebrate my 20 years anniversary with my wife. Room was good. It allowed 3 adults and 2 children. The place is just 15-20 mins away from the falls. Everthing was good, staff is so good. the only thing that we suggest is place a kettle in the room for hot water, toothbrush/toothpaste and sandals/slippers that we can use while in the room. They actually have hot water and free coffee and tea at the front desk. They also have a microwave for heating food. Overall, it was amazing! Thank you Days Inn.
Aaman ugiVery good location for a low budget hotel. Beds are very old to the point that mattresses are sinking. Some rooms have strong smoke smell and others in the bottom floors are very dated.
I enjoyed very much the small pool since it was low season and I was able to use it with no crowd. Nice water temperature.
Don’t expect any Falls view, it’s only a name attached to the area, you have to walk or use a very convenient bus that stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to the falls view area very conveniently and cheap, great for elders and people with mobility challenges
Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and stay
GGuest UserI was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.
彭彭Before making a reservation I didn’t realize there would be a huge amount of so called RESORT FEE plus relative taxes for just one night stay, but I admit that it’s my own fault for not paying much attention to the exact spot on the app where this additional tax will be due upon check-in. I also have to say many will be flocking to the confirmation stage just because the hotel put a nice price on the surface, and they do a good job for that kind of advertising.
The room I stayed is a suite concept, which is nice. The cleanness is acceptable. However, i was charged 2.99 each for two bottles of water, which I never came across in my previous stays at other hotel chains.
희희수The hotel is motel class and facilities. It's a lot old, but it was good to solve it with 3 beds for 5 people cheaply and the playground and swimming pool for kids were a lot of help for family trips with kids.
