There's a dead space the size of a single bed that isn't utilized; if a bed wasn't placed there and the entryway was made wider, the room might feel more spacious. ・Shared door for the shower room and bathroom ・Coin laundry: 80,000 VND for washing, 80,000 VND for drying (nearby laundromats charge 30,000 VND/kg for wash and dry, with delivery to the hotel) It was comfortable to be able to use the room right up until it was time to head to the airport. If I had used the room until my flight time, I would normally have had to pay for 5 or 4.5 nights, but I only paid for 4. The 24-hour stay was really great."

"I had a wonderful stay here for two weeks and honestly only have positive things to say. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. She gave me so many great local recommendations for cafés, restaurants, food spots, and places to visit in Da Nang. Even after my stay, she was still helping me with tips, which I really appreciated. You can really feel that she cares about her guests and wants them to have a good experience. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It had everything I needed: a small kitchen area, a fridge, a hairdryer, shampoo, toothbrushes, fresh towels, and all the basics, so I didn’t really have to buy anything extra. Fresh towels were provided every two days, and the room was cleaned regularly, so the place felt clean and well taken care of during my whole stay. The internet was strong and reliable, which was perfect for working from home. The location is also great: central enough to reach everything easily, but still quiet and peaceful at night. There are cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and a laundry place nearby, and the beach is easy to reach as well. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well supported during my stay. Great apartment, great location, strong internet, and an amazing host. I can truly recommend this place to anyone staying in Da Nang."

"Very unassuming. The outside looks like an office building and half of the lobby is an open space travel agency. However, once you check-into your rooms you don’t want to leave! Well for me it was the case. Enjoyed my time in the room. So much so I only left when I went up to the Golden Bridge. Upon returning late evening, I called-in delivery food. On the hindsight there are many shops around. I should have explored nearby shops for window shopping. Yes, I’ve recommended the place to family and friends. The team that attended to me were very attentive and helpful."

"I booked two rooms, and my sister booked one. Upon check-in, only room 704 smelled strongly of sewage and feces. The front desk kept saying it was the smell of a new hotel, and since it only opened on the 15th, no one had stayed in this room before, so they assumed it was the smell of a new hotel. After two days, the toilet would sometimes be difficult to flush, so my uncle had to use the public toilet by the pool. We've complained about this problem repeatedly, but they haven't found a solution. It's really annoying. If you pass by room 704, you can smell the odor. The other triple room didn't smell, but there was no hot water. After asking around for a long time, we found out they hadn't turned on the water heater. Also, when showering, the shower gel dispenser on the wall would automatically slide down and break because the wall where the shower gel was placed was angled, and pressing the dispenser button combined with the shower water would cause it to slip. They initially wanted to fine us, but after consulting with the manager, they said it wasn't necessary, so we should be mindful of this issue to avoid being fined. The electrical outlets in the room were inconvenient to use, and the holes were asymmetrical. Also, the corridor lights were sensor lights, so it was pitch black when waiting for the elevator at night, and we had to walk around while waiting for it. The receptionist told me to keep waving while I waited so the lights wouldn't go out. He said this sensor was one of their special features."

"I stayed at this hotel after staying at another hotel closer to the beach. This one requires about a 10–15 minute walk, but it’s still a good option for people who enjoy walking. The rooms get good natural light, and the hotel was cleaned daily. Cleanliness was generally very good. The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeeping staff. There is also a small grocery store right across from the hotel, as well as bakeries and pharmacies nearby, which was very convenient, especially while I was recovering from a cold. The only thing I would mention is that the air conditioning in my room was not very strong. It was not a big issue for me personally, but guests who care a lot about strong AC may notice it."

"A great hotel if cleanliness is your top priority. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and odor-free (which is crucial for me, so it's a huge plus). The staff is pleasant and helpful. It's 7 minutes to the sea, with tons of shops and cafes nearby, so everything is within easy reach. There's a currency exchange office nearby—the rate is favorable and they accept old dollars. Cons: no safe in the room and nowhere to dry laundry. But cleanliness is my priority, so the overall experience is still excellent. I would come back again."

"A good hotel, cleanliness is key. All the bathroom amenities are there. The only problem is that the receptionists are weird. They don't understand a word of English and look at you like you're a weirdo, not even trying to explain themselves through the translator. The staff offer zero service."

"We stayed at this hotel in early March. Overall, the hotel left a positive impression. The downsides were that the cleaning left something to be desired. There weren't enough hangers, no portable table in the room, and no hooks in the bathroom. We checked in on time; there was no early check-in. The staff was extremely friendly. Our room requests upon check-in were accommodated."

The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful; they recommended delicious food and assisted me with my travel plans. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth recommending!!!"
