"The hotel left a positive impression. There's a fruit market nearby, and a large supermarket is just a stone's throw away, which is convenient for grabbing water, snacks, and other essentials. Several decent cafes are also in the vicinity. Both the Old Town and the beach are about 2 km away. The room was quite clean, though the toilet hadn't been cleaned or even flushed upon check-in. The renovation is recent, and the furniture is in good condition. The shower works, but needs a minor repair. The bed is comfortable, and the linens are clean. However, the pool was a bit dirty: cloudy with debris floating in it – not very pleasant for swimming."

"Had a great stay at Elite Riverlight Hotel. Since it just opened in April of 2026 everything was of course brand new and clean. They even offered a daily complimentary breakfast to me when their breakfast room opened like day three into my stay. They also have bowls and utensils in the room for Grab meals, and even offer a box of napkins as well as a sponge and liquid detergent. If it weren't for the location (since it's a little out of the way from the beach) I probably wouldn't mind staying here the whole time in Da Nang."

"A nice room with all the amenities, it's fine for a few days. There were some downsides, of course: the hotel isn't fully ready! The pool won't be open for a while; it's under renovation. At 8 a.m., they started doing major renovations right above us, and it was too much. We were on the sixth floor, and renovations were underway on the seventh."

"The room eventhough is small is very clean and no musty smell. Fridge works well too. Free detox water available at check in level 5 at all times. Strategically located near a halal restaurant yalla and opposite the river. Not far from airport. Son tra night market is also walkable. So is the Dragon bridge to see fire show. There are 2 highland coffee situated nearby left and right of hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. Lift was fast. Toilet has bidet. View from 25th floor is amazing"

"The room is clean, no weird smell. Good lighting. Has hot water whole day. Service is very good, reception helped on my every request. In midnight /early morning reception may have no people, may need to message them if needed. Location is good as it can walk to the beach within 10 minutes. Nearby has 24/7 convenient stores, cafes & local good restaurants. Some constructions is going on nearby during day time. The neighborhood has dogs that they often barked at night. It is not a big concern for me."

"I stayed at this hotel after staying at another hotel closer to the beach. This one requires about a 10–15 minute walk, but it’s still a good option for people who enjoy walking. The rooms get good natural light, and the hotel was cleaned daily. Cleanliness was generally very good. The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeeping staff. There is also a small grocery store right across from the hotel, as well as bakeries and pharmacies nearby, which was very convenient, especially while I was recovering from a cold. The only thing I would mention is that the air conditioning in my room was not very strong. It was not a big issue for me personally, but guests who care a lot about strong AC may notice it."

"My friends and I stayed at this hotel from June 20th to June 30th, 2026. We booked two rooms. We have extensive experience traveling across various Asian countries, so here are the pros point by point: 1. The hotel manager contacted us immediately after booking and offered a free airport transfer, which we gladly used. 2. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning and were promptly offered breakfast, and check-in was very quick. 3. Breakfasts are delicious with a wide selection of fruits (bananas, passion fruit, pineapple, watermelon, rambutan). 4. Room cleaning is done daily. Also, tea, coffee, and two bottles of water are replenished in the room every day. 5. The manager is available 24/7. For example, if you buy fruits, they will cut them for you or provide a plate and knife so you can do it in your room anytime. 6. All staff members are responsive and positive. The entire hotel is impeccably clean, and all common areas are cleaned daily. 7. The location is very convenient – close to the city center. There's a supermarket, a spa, and more nearby. 8. The hotel has a small pool, but it's enough to cool off. You can also rent bicycles for free. 9. When we checked out, they gave us a bag of bananas for our journey. 10. There are absolutely no downsides. Overall, everything is neat and done with heart! Our stay was magnificent; I will definitely return to this hotel myself and recommend it to my friends!"

"It was very beautiful in a hotel that had just opened. The hotel is not resident, but there is a sense of security because you can contact me immediately if there is something and the response is quick. He solved it quickly when he had trouble. The key room is beautiful and sophisticated interior and cozy. There is a kitchen and a large refrigerator. The plates and cutlery were substantial and used when delivering or buying fruits. Amenity is also available. It's a short walk to the beach, and there's K-Market diagonally in front, which is convenient for shopping. Fashionable cafes, Lighthouse, pho and spring rolls are delicious Phở House are also within walking distance. The 10-minute walk will take you to Rocket Fruits, where fresh cut fruits and smoothies are delicious, and Silk Spa, which is reasonably priced and well-served. It's a nice hotel that makes you want to live, so I really recommend it!"

"It was a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, featuring a bedroom with a balcony and a living room/kitchen area with panoramic windows offering a sea view. The beach is also conveniently close, about a 7-minute walk away. The furniture and interior were in good condition, and the soundproofing was effective. We always had hot water. On the downside, the air conditioner was positioned to the side of the bed and blew directly on us at night, which was uncomfortable. There's a washing machine, but it looked like it hadn't been used in years and had an unpleasant smell, so we decided not to use it. We also wished there were larger mugs in the room; only two espresso cups were provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return."

"Run by a nice friendly family. It is a new place, the room is small but cozy, practical & perfect for a few days stay. The owner received my feedback well enough to make the room not overally sprayed with strong air freshiner. Thank you!They also use a strong detergent to wash the bed linens & towels which wasn't comfortable for my sleep & use of the towels. They need to replace the window blinds with darker curtains to make sleeping better. Too much early morning sunlight can be an issue. The hard bed can be a bothersome for some, but it worked for me fine, but not for more than a week. Overall, it is a nice place & friendly people.
