"Located by the Oujiang River, near the Jiangxinyu Island ferry terminal. From the moment I stepped out of the car, a delightful aroma filled the air. The lobby offered floral tea, and there was a bellhop to assist with luggage. The river view room overlooked the Oujiang River. The room size was just right, the soft drinks in the fridge were complimentary, and the bathroom amenities were neatly arranged with soft lighting. There were plenty of charging outlets. The room provided bathrobes, an iron, comfortable slippers, and quality toiletries. There's a window in the room for ventilation. Breakfast offered a rich variety, blending Chinese and Western options with local specialties like glutinous rice, pork offal noodles, fish balls, lard cakes, and lamp-shaped cakes. The coffee even came with a to-go cup, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were warm and responsive."

"All aspects of quality are good, the room basically has no health problems, there are welcome fruits, mini bar drinks are also available, this is very satisfactory. The room is soundproofed and sleeps comfortably. The gym equipment is quite good in the hotel. There are many types of aerobic equipment. There are high drop-down and push chest without oxygen, as well as several groups of dumbbells, pot bells and stretching equipment. The Tynuojian used basically meets the temporary fitness needs. In addition, I want to point out a little shortcomings: there are many guests at the check-in, the three people at the front desk are not clear, it seems that they are a bit unskilled, and they have not maintained a good order. They waited for ten minutes before they checked in, which caused a bad mood and hoped to improve."

"The hotel front desk staff at 3 AM were incredibly warm and caring. When they found out I had a cold, they even sent me a cup of hot water via robot. Then, the guy at the front desk proactively helped me extend my check-out time so I could get more rest. I've always believed that human touch is more important than anything else (though this Atour hotel also has great hardware, everything is very new). With such wonderful staff, I'll definitely stay here again for my next business trip. A huge thank you to the kind lady and the thoughtful gentleman – they even gave me a small gift when I left, which clearly shows they coordinated during the shift handover."

"I had a few hotels in mind, but ultimately decided on this one because it had just opened. It really proves that staying in a new place rather than an older one is the way to go. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a commercial street and MixC shopping mall, so food and drinks are super convenient. The room has a great view, and the smart features are just perfect – they meet your daily needs without being overly complicated. Hot water for showering comes out instantly, making for an excellent experience."

"This hotel is really great and clean, with quite modern facilities. Perhaps because it's located inside the airport, all the staff are exceptionally warm and friendly. It only takes a few minutes to get from the hotel to the terminal, which is super convenient. During the Chinese New Year, not many shops were open, so we just went straight to the airport for food, and it certainly didn't disappoint! The Tengqiao brand duck tongues were absolutely amazing, hahaha."

"1️⃣Because I'm a platform member, I received a free upgrade to an executive room. The room was large, the facilities were new, and it was very clean. The front desk service was excellent. 2️⃣There was no phone in the room to call the front desk; you could only use the TV with voice prompts. To call the front desk to order takeout, you had to turn on the TV to receive a notification from the delivery robot, which was very inconvenient. Also, the TV volume couldn't be adjusted, and I was always startled by the loud volume notifications when takeout arrived. 3️⃣Housekeeping was slow. I deliberately stayed outside all day to avoid cleaning hours, only to find the room hadn't been cleaned when I returned. They didn't come to clean until almost 6 PM. When I asked the cleaning staff, they just said I had to tell the front desk if I wanted it cleaned. 4️⃣ There were issues with the coordination. Even though we had a free late check-out membership, the cleaning lady still knocked on our door asking if we wanted to extend our stay or check out. Even after I explained we wanted to check out late, she still said there would be an extra charge for the late check-out. I was completely confused. 5️⃣ Breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00. We stayed two days. On the first day, we went at 7:10, and breakfast hadn't even started yet. We were in a rush to leave and missed it. On the second day, we went at 9:30, and breakfast was completely gone. We had to make do with a bowl of noodles. The steamed buns and bread were placed in an external insulated box, which guests had to open and retrieve themselves. Opening the box released a lot of steam, and the buns and bread on the inner side required manually removing the racks to reach them. There were no insulated gloves provided, posing a safety hazard and being unhygienic. The breakfast portions were small and the variety limited. There was only one cook also cleaning up. When we arrived, the table was covered in leftover tableware, and no one was cleaning it. 6️⃣ There is still a lot of room for improvement."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel for my business trip. First off, the front desk attendant who checked me in that day was incredibly thoughtful and spoke very softly and kindly, plus she was very pretty. Since I arrived quite late, she thoughtfully prepared some coconut water for me. I really liked the hotel's overall decor, and the room lighting is adjustable, so you can set it to your preferred brightness. Watching TV at night with slightly dimmer lighting was especially comfortable. The breakfast was generally good; I particularly enjoyed the vermicelli noodle soup and the Wenzhou fish cake – I recommend giving them a try. When I was packing my luggage in the morning, I realized my clothes weren't dry, so I took them back to dry them again. I asked the same attendant who helped me the night before to dry them and bring them to the front desk. She even folded them neatly and put them in a bag for me, which was very considerate."
