A good hotel, located in the city center of Nanjing really nearby the metro. Since I had two big luggage they even gave me a free upgrade for my room!

The hotel was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Starbucks is right next to the hotel and it is convenient to drink coffee in the mornings. The stuff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with my train ticket, which was canceled due to unknown reasons, but the hotel front desk employees helped me to book a shared taxi which cost me the same train ticket price. The location is not near the touristic places but still convenient to travel by car or taxi.

The hotel has an excellent location in the heart of Nanjing City. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bathroom is particularly spotless. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful, especially Manager Zhu in the lobby on the first floor. It is highly recommended for travelers to stay here.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Nanjing University, with excellent amenities in the surrounding area. The rooms were good, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast, in particular, was superb and abundant, easily making it one of the best for a hotel in its category.

The room was clean and tidy, which was great. My only minor quibble was that the lighting felt a bit dim, even with all the lights on, haha. The service was also very good; a staff member even helped me find my room when I got a little lost. It was a bit of a bummer that food delivery wasn't allowed directly to the room, which was slightly inconvenient, but I suppose it's for safety, haha. The location was excellent; there's everything you need nearby. I was here for a concert, and the Wutaishan venue was incredibly close – I walked back! Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel was excellent. They assigned a room that perfectly met my needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. A great bonus was that the TV came with streaming subscriptions, which allowed me to finally catch up on a show I'd been wanting to watch. While there was some renovation work on the ground floor shops outside, it didn't affect my stay at all. All in all, it offers fantastic value for money.

The hotel is situated within an office building. A major inconvenience was that food deliveries weren't allowed directly to the room; guests had to come down to collect them. Similarly, the laundry room was in a completely different building, making laundry quite a hassle. The front desk is on the 6th floor. The room itself was decent, and while parking was available, the lot was quite small. My biggest frustration came at check-out. I specifically called ahead to inquire about a later check-out, only to be told I had to vacate by 12 PM due to 'high room occupancy.' It took repeated insistence on my part to finally get them to agree to a 2 PM check-out. I absolutely do not understand why the hotel attempts to shift its own operational problems onto guests. The service was utterly poor! ❌ ❌ ❌

Great place. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Great beds, we had the best night's sleep ever. Excellent service. 100% recommendable.
