Pleasant, new hotel with very nice receptionists. Everything very clean and working. Big room, comfortable beds, luxury bedding. Fee loundry room equipped with everything you may need, even bottled water. Nice breakfast, free night porridge (plus there is bottled water and some yoghurts in the fridge). Nice starting point to visit Nanjing museum (about 10 minutes walk). We were upgraded with free breakfast and get a very nice gift at checkout. There is a very good cake shop with Western style cakes (called 85 degrees) next street and 7 eleven near the museum.

My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful, such as the front of house Mr. 劳时 and the onsite manager who looked after us from the moment we stepped through the door as weary travellers. The sixth floor 服务员 was also friendly and lovely. A special thank you to Mr. 栗山, who’s great client service really helped us out and showed much professionalism and poise. On the hotel itself, the rooms were clean, air conditioning effective and beds comfortable. The location was the perfect mid-point for touring the city and river to the west, the 紫金山 area to the east. Thank you to all the staff for helping make my non-Chinese speaking husband’s first trip to Nanjing (and also China) pleasantly memorable and seamless! 劳时，服务好。 卫生和房间干净。 为置好， 设施齐全。 很感谢！

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel recently. The location of my room was ideal. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it offered a peaceful environment where I could truly unwind. The staff here deserves special mention. Ding Ling, in particular, provided exceptional service. She was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Her warm smile and willingness to assist made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. From the well - appointed room to the top - notch service, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and relaxing experience.

1. The hotel wasn't very clean. The walls were a bit dirty, and the toilet was awful; I almost threw up. 2. The service was so-so. They upgraded my room for free but then put me in a room right by the road, which was very noisy. I didn't sleep a wink all night. 3. The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted; it was unbearably hot! I was furious. Anyway, I don't recommend it. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none.

We arrived at the hotel after 2 AM, only to find out the room wasn't ready. We were already exhausted, and it was very disappointing that it wasn't cleaned by then. After waiting a long time, they changed our room, but as soon as we went upstairs, the cleaning lady next door was yelling and cursing loudly, seriously disturbing our rest. It was my first time staying at this hotel. The overall experience was very good. The service attitude of Wandu was super good. The environment was great. The room was clean and tidy. I slept very comfortably. The smart home was very convenient. It was very close to the scenic spots and the transportation was convenient. I was given a warm water when I left the hotel. There was porridge in the restaurant at night.

1. The mountain view king room had no mountain view at all. 2. There was a sour smell as soon as the air conditioner was turned on. I asked the front desk, and they changed my room, saying it was for disinfection. The smell persisted even after the change, only disappearing after a while. 3. The water temperature was generally cold. The front desk said they would hold more meetings, but that was basically useless. 4. I waited half an hour for my takeout delivery robot at 10 pm, and it still hadn't arrived. 5. Cleaning needs improvement. It wasn't cleaned until after 2 pm, and the sheets had bloodstains.

The Atour brand is trustworthy and comfortable. The most important thing is that it is close to Nanbo and there are many delicious restaurants around. It is very convenient and not far from attractions. It was close to 12 o'clock in the evening when I arrived in Nanjing. I took my baby to the store. Geography: It is still quite far from Nanjing Museum, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk. The subway station is near the museum, so traveling is relatively inconvenient. Personally, I still recommend staying near the Confucius Temple. It is more lively at night and is relatively convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. Food: There are relatively few breakfast items, but a small amount of fried eggs, fried dumplings, etc. are freshly fried. It is recommended to try the Nanjing authentic delicacy duck blood vermicelli soup. In addition, there is a supper period, which provides light snacks such as porridge and fried dough sticks. If you are hungry at night, you can have a bowl, which is very considerate.

I won the lottery and had a Ctrip order, but the hotel couldn't find it. I was told that it was a problem with Ctrip, but it seemed to me that it was a hotel problem. The order was canceled for no reason, causing a family of four to wait for more than an hour to coordinate the matter. With a child under two years old, the family room was fully booked during the summer and weekends, and it was impossible to coordinate. In the end, Ctrip coordinated two double rooms for a family of four to stay separately, and the hotel staff looked like they were summer workers. There was no solution, stupid. Waiting for Ctrip to solve it is really hard to explain.

This is a brand new hotel and very clean. Transportation is convenient. There are various Nanjing snacks nearby, which can definitely satisfy your appetite.
