Great hotel situated in a really good part of Zagreb. The staff are very nice and there is also a good selection of facilities available to use too

Fantastic location. Sauna is available to book for free for private use. The best thing was the massage - it was really good. The only issue was the air condition which was changed to heating during the time we visited (summer transitioning to autumn) so it was a little warm at night. Unless you took the garden facing room, the road/ trams noises will be uncomfortable to leave the windows open through the night. Having said, the staff service were good.

Easy central and walking distance to all local sights

Great location, pretty classy looking stay in old heritage building, amazing, helpful and polite staff … It would be good to have some coffee and water kettle in rooms maybe for us coffee ******* … but also staff can help secure that too :) … would recommend and come back definitely

Excellent location, great coffee shops nearby, short walknto supermarket, friendly staff and a short walk to the city centre. Would have been nice if there was air con available as it stated in the description, room was very warm, good if you like that but difficult to sleep for me.

The room is clean and tidy, the service attitude is good, there are many types of breakfast, there are many attractions around, you can walk to them, there is a supermarket nearby, you can buy food and drinks

Large room, very nice lobby. Varied breakfast. Parking in front of the hotel building, but you will have to leave the keys at the reception.

The room was right on the main street and it was incredibly loud.

The location of the hotel is relatively close to Governor's Square of Jelacic and Zagreb Cathedral. The decoration of the hotel is very warm. There is a hot water kettle, tea and coffee in the hotel room for free.

The room is quite big, but the soundproofing is not very good, which affects the sleep. There is a tram very close to the side, and the noise is a bit noisy.

The whole hotel is in French style. The service staff is really nice. It is about a 20-minute walk from the Museum of Broken Relationships. The coffee shops and bakeries nearby are great. Recommended!

The hotel service staff are very dedicated and make people feel at home, which is a great experience. The location is very convenient and there are good hotels nearby.
