"The hotel is close to the bus station and the main street, there are few facilities nearby, the streets nearby are dark and a bit unsettling. The hotel is the brightest place and there are several restaurants nearby.
Very friendly staff
The room is much bigger than expected
A microwave and a two-layer refrigerator are a pleasant surprise
The only thing I found was stains on several towels."

"The style of the room is relatively grounded. The decoration style and design style are what I like. There is no difference from the picture. It is exactly the same. The air conditioner is also good. When you sleep at night, you can turn on the air conditioner to sleep, and you can adjust it to the temperature that suits you. And there is no sound. I feel that the furniture is still quite new, and overall it is quite convenient and good."

I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip.

👍 What I liked:
• Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
• Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for.
• View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset.
• Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim.
• Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming.
• Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals.
• Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests.

👎 What could be improved:
• Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed.
• Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff.
• Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask.
• Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience.
• Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook.
• Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient.
• No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight.
• Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Annex building for 2 nights. The rooms are spacious and offers a huge bathtub. They provide unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as light snacks. They also offer free parkings for guests travelling by car. We would definitely return to Twin-line hotel during our next Okinawa trip.

PPWong1986Nice hotel with plenty enough facilities. Love the amenity zone in hotel that provides various little items for hotel guests during their stay. Super thoughtful. Nice view from room too especially we got upgraded to a higher floor. A enjoyable stay with the hotel and will recommend to friends should they visit Okinawa in future!

GGuest UserHotel is easy to reach and convenience with restaurants closely to it there is a private beach which the scenery from our room is stunning. We are offered for free with one of the marine activities. We are delighted to stay in this hotel.

DDarlemagneLocation: Not within Nago city but on the main road going into the city - not a problem if you are driving, but otherwise the hotel is about 20 mins by car from most of the main attractions in Nago
Parking: Ample free parking among 4 car parks around the hotel (see picture)
Room: Very spacious with a good balcony overlooking the entire bay (see picture). Drainage in our room was very poor - water in the shower/bathtub would not drain for a long time
Breakfast: A good spread including local dishes. Room came inclusive of breakfast for 2 adults, so had to pay for the kid (500yen per kid per meal)
Facilities: No swimming pool or onsen, but had a floating bouncy castle in the sea (for a fee) (see picture). Did not try as the weather wasnt good and the water looked really cold (in mid-April, which it was as we found out later at a nearby beach)

KKIAH PHENG MARVINMy first impression was the excellent sea view from our hotel room.
The location was perfect, right in front of the beach with full frontal sea view.
Our family booked the executive loft unit which was on the top floor. The children loved their separate private area in the loft.
Although there is no swimming pool or gym, it is not an issue for us because we were out most of the day and we can swim in the sea if we want to.
Breakfast was excellent too. Good variety of food and the quality was good too.
Will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

I stayed for a day, and since you will be driving, I will tell you that parking is convenient and the location is good.
The accommodation is clean and nice. There are many restaurants within walking distance.
There is a small open-air bath on the rooftop, which I used for free.

EEvan 勾勾The hotel is conveniently located next to a major road. You can take a walk across the pedestrian bridge to the famous Nuanmu Ramen restaurant on the other side. I'm glad to hear that the front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we expressed dissatisfaction with our room and assisted to chang it. They deserve high praise for their service. Although the rooms may not be large, they offer a wonderful sea view when you open the windows, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset. The rooftop hot spring is clean and well-maintained. It's definitely worth staying at this hotel.

Vvinnci ChanI booked this hotel without driving a car and just by myself and a friend because the location was just behind the wedding place by a walk within 10 minutes the next morning. We took bus YKB 888 from Naba to here in the afternoon, and the bus stop name was the hotel name, which was easy to find and bring a suitcase to walk. One thing to have been careful of was you might prepare a dinner box by 7-11 / Family Mart, etc., before you arrive there because there are not easy to have hot food if you are not driving, especially at night.

SsheenzdinoStayed at 6th floor for a night at this hotel for Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. It is a bit dated but it's part of the ambience 😊 the room is very clean. Appreciate the receptionist service who helped us to search for nearby medical facility for foreigners. the room appears dimly lit at first but you can turn on the ceiling light using a remote. Maybe we went during off peak so there was sufficient parking space available behind the hotel. I liked the drying rack provided to hang our clothes. Saw people playing water sports at the opposite park and had a lovely time strolling there. Breakfast area has nice view of the ocean. There is Lawson next to the hotel. 10min drive to Aeon Mall Nago and great coastal line drive back to the city.
