Arrived before 15:00 by accommodation during Golden Week. There was only one group of guests at the reception and I was able to check in immediately. The accommodation fee was prepaid. The room was on the 7th floor and I could see the sea from the window, but I could see the forest in front of me better than the wind that spreads all over. It may feel a bit old, but it was clean and cozy. The pool was planted and lined with beach chairs, and the atmosphere of the resort hotel in the South was good, and it was spacious and satisfied. I booked dinner at check-in and used the dinner buffet from 19:00. There was no high-class menu, but all the rich menus such as color 々 Okinawa cuisine were delicious. There were a lot of home cooking menu, so is it worth the amount of 5,000 yen? The part seems to have an impression of 々 and 々, but I was very satisfied and ate too much. I settled it locally after the meal. Breakfast was lined up shortly before 6:30 at the start. There was plenty of room at the time of opening, and even if everyone entered the store, there were still vacant seats, but it seems that they were full and waiting around 7:00. Breakfast was a completely different menu from the dinner buffet, but there were plenty of menus and there was also a menu of Okinawa cuisine. I also enjoyed it and ate too much. The staff only saw the friendly and pleasant ones. Even ministers like luxury hotels were not as if they were dealing with each other, but for me, I didn't stretch my shoulders, so I could relax with this kind of customer service. If you are looking for a customer service like a luxury hotel, you may have a different impression from me. I also carry my luggage to my room. I think the amount is a little cheaper than that of a luxury hotel, so I was very satisfied with it.

Our small group of friends enjoyed a 3 night stay at The Busena Terrace in Okinawa and only wished we could have stayed longer. We were there off season in early December so the outdoor pool was closed and the hotel was not very busy so we could enjoy the facilities with peace and quiet instead of the hustle and bustle of peak season in the summer. We were very fortunate that the weather cooperated and it was sunny and warm throughout our stay. The good weather also helped us to appreciate one of the hotel's key features - the stunning sunsets from your own room's private balcony. The hotel is old but the rooms have been recently renovated so everything in the room was in good condition. My room was on a higher floor with a large balcony that easily accommodated 4 people sitting out for drinks at sunset. The room itself is also very large with a sitting area next to the balcony and a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub. It was very comfortable. The setting of the hotel is very picturesque and you can see the view from everywhere in the facility. The property has both the Busena Terrace and a separate higher end hotel called The Terrace Club at Busena, and there are shops and restaurants located around the huge property, large enough that there is a tram service to go from one area of the property to another, though of course you can easily walk it too in 10 minutes or so. You will need a car if you wish to go out anywhere as the property is not located near anything else. Even a convenience store - except for the small bare basics one located on the property - would require a short drive as it would be a very long walk. Service everywhere is first class. We had the breakfast buffet at Cafe Terrace La Tida and there was a very good selection of food on offer including local specialties such as sea grapes salad and a Taco rice omelette on offer one day. Although the main outdoor pool was closed in December since it is off season, there is also a smaller indoor pool that can be used. For working out, there is a gym with many piece of cardio equipment but no weight training equipment. Upstairs from the gym there are separate Japanese baths and saunas for men and women. You can never get tired of the view as it changes from day to night. The setting of the hotel is beautiful and you are sure to enjoy your stay.

Although some parts of the exterior and elevators were old, the interior had been properly rebranded, and the design was such that you could feel the ocean and nature of Okinawa. This time, I misunderstood the check-in time and arrived early, but the staff was happy to help me out. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Since the hotel is located a little far from Nago city, I ate at the hotel buffet for dinner, which had a wide variety of food and was of course very satisfying. There was also an Okinawan folk song performance, which both locals and tourists can enjoy. If I had to point out one thing that bothered me, it would be that the parking lot is not fully maintained. In addition to the gravel road, the dividing lines are hard to see, so you need to be careful when parking. However, overall it was a great hotel, so I would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

The resort itself is beautiful. View of the ocean abound, two gorgeous pools, lots of space to walk or drive your resort-assigned golf cart. Here are the pros, cons, and MUST KNOW information. ****MUST-KNOW INFORMATION*** -The resort offers a rental car with room to people coming from out of the country. Do not make the same mistake we did. GET YOUR INTERNATIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSE before you leave your home country. It is easy and cheap, but once you leave home, it is impossible to get this. This resort is REMOTE, so if you cannot drive, you will spend a lot of cash on taxis to get anywhere outside of the resort. -The closest city/town in Nago, which has great grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend bringing some food with you or buying food off the resort property, in order to save a bit of money. The cheapest dinner option is approx. $45 per person (not counting if you want a glass or beer, sake or wine). -When you choose a room, it is NOT worth getting the highest priced Beach Condo unless you are coming with a large group and want to share one room. The beach condos offer less modern accommodations with no coffee provided and they are not necessarily as private as they seem. The pool offered is small and shared by 4 units - one of which has a huge window right in front of the pool. PROS: -Very professional and excellent service throughout the resort. We particularly enjoyed the staff at the buffet dinner restaurant. There were some international service members (Jersey from the Philippines provided STAND-OUT customer service with a smile) and spoke perfect English. -Incredible free breakfast! Hard to describe, but you can see some of this in the attached photos. Both American (eggs, pancakes, tater tots) and Japanese (rice, miso soup, tuna, sea****, steamed vegetables) traditional breakasts, many beverage options (iced/hot coffee and tea, juice, soda, water), and even options for kids/infants -If you have children under 5, this is a place that will cater to your needs. Most of the people at this resort are young couples with infants and toddlers. We even saw a family eating dinner with a full-on pack-n-play next to their table, so their baby could sleep through dinner. It is amazing. We did NOT see anyone breast-feeding publicly, but there are spaces provided to do this out of view of other guests. -The swimming pools are gorgeous and very-well cared for, as are the grounds. If you golf, you'll love the opportunity to hit the course while you are here. CONS: -If you do not speak any Japanese, you will find it difficult to communicate with staff. Thankfully one of us speaks and Google Translate is also helpful. -REMOTE - there is nowhere you can walk to from the property. No stores or restaurants within biking or walking distance. Make sure to have a car if you want to get off the property. -LOTS OF RULES - Japan is a rule-based society and this property is no different. Pools are open limited hour

I stayed in a two double bed room for one night as the last day of a short stay in Okinawa. I was coming from a two-night stay ay the Hoshinoya Resort. The contrast of the two hotels was interesting. Hoshinoya is a very Japanese style place, which has its pluses and minuses. The RC is very much an American style hotel. Which is not bad at all. I appreciated the breakfast buffet and having a large plate of perfectly cooked scramble eggs and all the items that comprise American comfort breakfast food - the fluffy pancakes, bacon, etc. The rooms were also very well furnished with no end of amenities. The property itself is very clean and well laid out. If you are a smoker, be aware you cannot smoke on the balcony and there is only one smoking area in the entire property. I also had the teppanyaki course dinner at Kise. The highest price Kise course ran around 30,000 yen. It was a bit pricey but the courses were excellent. I appreciated that the chef was low-key - no juggling of knives and spatulas. If you looking for a dependable place and also play golf, this would be worth a look. The English proficiency is still a bit of an issue, not all staff speak proficient English. That's not the fault of the hotel. I think that's a problem with Okinawa and Japan generally.

The Terrace Club at Busena stands out as one of my favorite hotels I have ever visited. My family and I want to personally thank everyone who worked at the resort - from the lovely wait staff at breakfast and happy hour...to the kind, accommodating front desk staff...to the sweet and capable spa personnel - all worked tirelessly to make our time there special. The resort design and interiors are restrained, tasteful and elegant and complement the natural scenery beautifully. I appreciated the smaller scale of the hotel, it is not an ostentatious out-of-place concrete high rise that is so typical of beach vacation destinations. The rooms exceeded our expectations with lots of ”oohs and ahhs” from our family when we first arrived. The look and feel of this place is quiet luxury. And we got so many amenities for a fair room rate, access to the amazing thalasso outdoor heated pool, complimentary happy hours, huge buffet breakfast, large size individual room terraces, access to their bigger sister resort with all its amenities just down the road, the list goes on. Finally our family found the right kind of hotel that suits our sensibilities - a beautiful, tasteful place with impeccable service, that still manages to maintain a down-to-earth, warm and friendly vibe. Everyone there was just so incredibly nice and lovely! Thank you all for an A+ stay!

The service was good. However, the marine jet was noisy. I wanted to relax on the quiet beach, but the marine jet was noisy for hours and hours, and I was really frustrated. It's also really noisy because it comes to the nearby coast! Do you need to play with a marine jet or a banana boat at that hotel? I think the bad effect is very big. Since it is an adult hotel, I think it is better to stop the service for young children, to enjoy the resort quietly, and to do the service for adults to drop money. When it becomes a hotel for children or in their twenties, I think adults who drop money will never come. Also, 4 human chairs in the pool are unnecessary. It should be a bed type. Even though it's a pool, I can't sleep at all because there is an unnecessary 4 human chair. So no one was in the pool. I think this is the answer. Others were good. But there was a bad part, so I made it - 1.

We used premium cottage Jinwa for 6 people. Surprise from the entrance room. Luxury and spacious beyond expectations. The barbecue with food was delicious and fun. At the end of November, it was a pity that the pool water could not swim coldly, but the furnishings, wine glasses and acoustic facilities were the best. It was a pity that there was no bath in the middle room and only a shower room. Sudden chime around 1:30 midnight. I was surprised and scared that the guests came wrong with the front desk. I was able to stay cheaply, but it was better than the nearby super luxury hotel. Thanks to that, the suite room of the Naha City Hotel the next day is not remembered. I want to stay at more than 6 people again.

The weather was bad and it was a very disappointing stay, but the facilities are the best !! The room was lost with the plague at first, but the bathroom arrangement, the chair like the hammock, and the pool size to the annex. It was convenient to dry wet swimsuits and towels with kitchen, living room and gas type dryer. While the weather was bad, I found the sunny time and went to the nearby old Uri Island to swim and wash dry!! → to the sea → wash dry! → to the sea !! → wash dry! → pool!! Like. There is nothing that is disgusting to use wet swimsuits. It's in the northern countryside, and there are few shops around at night, so on the first day I went to buy sushi at itoman, fried food, and fruit at the road station. On the 2nd day, I booked a BBQ iron plate and BBQ (food and seasoning are prepared by myself). I took out and ate at the neighborhood Benjamin burger for lunch. If it was really weather, I should have enjoyed more night pools, but I wanted to lie on the poolside beach bed and the boat floating in the pool during the day. The good thing to take is the bath mat. I'm prepared, but if it's a large number, I'm going to use a wet mat for the next person (if it's a family, I don't care, but I'm going to try to avoid stress on traveling with others) It is convenient for two bathrooms and the door to enter the living room from the pool, and there is no wet foot in the entrance. Other bath towels to take to the beach !! There is only one person per person. It was convenient that the washing was not in time. Others are mats floating in the pool. Strong mat (boat) can be bought at ABC in Hawaii for less than $4 because it is sluggish to bring it I brought a mat. It's good to float. It was very good but not perfect. There are some dissatisfaction. Very loud voices and footsteps echo to the bedroom. Even if you are careful about the sound of slippers, it sounds !! You can park 2 cars in the parking lot, but it is close to 2 cars of the rental car. Also, the road width is very narrow in the neighborhood, and the surroundings are depressed with weeds, so I care about driving. It was very creepy when I went to the convenience store on a dark night. Still, I liked it very much here!! I can't return to the hotel anymore. I will definitely stay again next year (no, the weather is bad and incomplete combustion, so if I can do it this year again).

NNiameowThis place was super clean and updated. It has a parking spot and located near some of the touristy destinations. It has a kitchenette if you'd like to cook by yourself. You need to purchase a detergent, but your room has a laundry and dryer. For accommodations in Japan, I found this place was spacious. No complain. I stayed at a couple of other places in Okinawa, and I liked this place the best so far. I would stay here again!
SSng KSeparate bathroom and shower/bathroom, even in-room induction cooker. The location is also close to the bus stop where you can take the bus to the main destination. There are also some nice restaurants on the nearby streets and there is a family market nearby.
GGuest UserThe style of the room is relatively grounded. The decoration style and design style are what I like. There is no difference from the picture. It is exactly the same. The air conditioner is also good. When you sleep at night, you can turn on the air conditioner to sleep, and you can adjust it to the temperature that suits you. And there is no sound. I feel that the furniture is still quite new, and overall it is quite convenient and good.
