The hotel is in a good location, clean, convenient parking, only a small charge for parking. I booked a tatami room, which is Japanese style, with a bed, but no sofa in the room, we had to sit on the floor, but it was not a problem because for Japan, the room here is spacious and comfortable.

Hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and quiet, we stayed 2 nights. At first, we were guided to a nearby parking and for next night, after request, we were able to get parking in the hotel for a small fee.

Clean, well-kept place with friendly and helpful staff. Coffee, tea, toiletries all provided. Took a little walking the room window cannot be opened, but the view was good, and beds and bathroom comfortable.

Clean and there are many eating places nearby in walking distance .Free parking with about 5 minutes walk away, behind FamilyMart, when hotel parking lot full

Gentle and sincere staffs provided good services. God taste of the food provided for breakfast. Cozy and spacious bedroom for resting. Wanna to stay again in this hotel.

A lot of restaurants around the hotel. Plus point for having onsen for guest inside the hotel where not many hotels in Okinawa have. Customer service can communicate in simple English and use has a translation equipment if needed. There is a free car park at the back of hotel.

Not too many shops near hotel but it is fine if you drive.

I was very happy to have room service offering Okinawa soba and Orion beer. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast, which ranged from Okinawan cuisine to Japanese and Western food. It was also great that there was a large public bath!

This was my first time staying here (2 nights), but it was clean, had a homely atmosphere, and was very comfortable. I stayed with my disabled mother, and in the preference column I wrote, "If possible, I would like a room near the elevator," but they prepared a room next to the elevator, which was very helpful. Thank you for your consideration. It was my mother's first time returning to Okinawa in 40 years, and she said this hotel was the best, which made me very happy. I would like to visit again while my mother is still in good health. The male staff at the breakfast corner were also kind, and it became a good memory. I have spoken a lot to business customers when I return to Aichi, so I think I will use this hotel again. It was a fun trip, thank you😊

The room is clean and tidy. There are clean supplies for replacement in the corridor on each floor. Washing machine and dryer are available Yukata available. There is a large public bath on the 10th floor. There is a pharmacy nearby. 100 Yen shop. Supermarket. Family Mart. Overall very good, will come again next time
