"Was impressed by the excellent service provided by Kim at the front desk, she handled our check-in efficiently. The rest of the team were also warm and friendly, and spoke fluent English. Something interesting was a self-serve room where you can get extra amenities like face wash and bar soaps, and also try different types of Okinawan brown sugar. There were lots of board games available so families would probably appreciate that. We truly enjoyed the view from our room as it had a good angle of the sea even though the hotel isn’t located at the beach. The room was huge and even had a freezer and an oven. For longer stays or if you’re visiting the beach often, the washer dryer would come in handy as well. The hotel had two restaurants for breakfast and although the variety was great, with a good mix of local and international cuisine, the quality could be improved. We had lunch on our first day and regretted our decision. Location-wise, the hotel would be better for those who intend to drive as it was quite a walk to the nearest bus stop, and the shuttle bus service was infrequent so we ended up not using it at all.
