Great location with excellent services. Walking distance to the major shopping area

The hotel is located in the city center, and it was very nice. I didn't expect that there would be a fire at almost 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I came down from the tenth floor, and there was thick smoke. I was so scared that I went down in my pajamas. It was more than ten degrees below zero, and the hotel didn't make any arrangements in time. I waited for almost three hours before I could return to the room. It was so scary!

The price/performance ratio is very high. The room facilities are complete, luxurious, comfortable and spacious. The room is very clean and tidy.

The location is very good. I also like the lighting design very much. It's my wife's birthday. The hotel gave me a bottle of champagne and a chocolate egg. But the hygiene level is average. When I entered the room, I saw garbage beside the bed and in the cabinet. There is also a problem with the sound insulation between the walls.

wThis facility can barely be ranked in the top five in Toronto, but it can't be compared with China. The breakfast is not a buffet, but the taste is acceptable.

The room is very average. Although it is a suite, it is actually just one room. The 9th floor guest rooms share the same floor with the main restaurant of the hotel. Unfortunately, the restaurant party guests are very noisy on weekends, and you can't rest well if you stay on the 9th floor. I have never seen a restaurant and guest rooms on the same floor. This is really eye-opening. Ctrip paid in full in advance, but they still charged the room fee the next day. I went to the front desk to inquire, and the attitude was extremely bad. They said it was an incident without even checking it. I have always believed in Marriott's global quality in the past, but W Hotel completely broke this reputation. "I will never stay at W again."

The service staff are very nice. There are many choices for breakfast. You can choose black coffee or latte for coffee. The lobster at skylight is highly recommended. It is a good hotel.

On Bloor Street, a very safe and clean neighborhood, very close to the University of Toronto and the Royal Ontario Museum. The location of the hotel is invincible. There is a chain supermarket next to it, which is very convenient. It is a walk to the shopping center and there are many delicious restaurants on the street behind it.

The environment and facilities are good, but the service is basically nonexistent. The fire alarm sounded 3 or 4 times at 2 a.m., with a voice broadcast every few minutes. During this period, I called the front desk but no one answered the phone. It was not until almost 3 a.m. that I got through the phone and was notified that there was no problem and I didn't need to leave the room. I had seen the fire alarm in the middle of the night in the comments online before, but I didn't expect to encounter it after staying for one night.
