Good location and friendly staff.. its very near La Paz public Market where you can have the famous Netongs Lapaz batchoy

Jenny and Maymay saved the day after our delayed flight. HK Maymay, who went above and beyond to assist with our luggage, it was genuinely appreciated. Grateful for Jenny's kindness and warm welcome. Jenny's check-in efficiency paired perfectly with HK Maymay's luggage assistance,ensuring a hassle-free arrival.They demonstrated outstanding hospitality. Would definitely recomend!"

one of the Nicest Hitel we tried in Ilo ilo .. special mention to Manong WILLIAM the best security in the hotel.. he never failed to assist us everytime he saw us .. all the staff are so nice & polite ..We will see u soon again.. Halong always ♥️❤️ we ate planning to see Ilo Ilo this July again hoping that we can stay in URBAN INN again ♥️
