Response from Property: Hello,Thank you for your feedback!We have a designated area to park the car for 15-20 minutes next to the 0 floor entrance so you can do the check-in first and then bring everything directly to the room. I am very sorry if this was not communicated properly before your arrival :(Around the hotel, parking can be a bit complicated; we offer a parking for 10.-€ per night that may be a better option! We are glad to hear that you liked the room itself, next time you can also book another category with two bedrooms which will be more spacious. Otherwise we are sorry for the inconveniences caused due to our location, housekeeping staff entering the room earlier than the check out time and also about our team service at the reception. It's not the feedback we usually get about the team as we are always trying to do our best to provide our guests with the great experience. We will definitely look into that to improve in this area!
