Excellent service from an attentive staff, particularly Ines, Benoit and Nobel, who made my stay so enjoyable. The rooms were clean, the AC worked, and general ambience of the hotel was top-notch. Looking forward to my next visit to Abidjan!

The staff at this hotel are incredibly welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional before, throughout and after my stay. Customer service is at its best at Movenpick hotel Abidjan. Check in and check out are extremely fast and everyone knows what they are doing. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I also enjoyed ordering from the delicious menu every day. I recommend this hotel because they make you feel as if you were at home.

Stayed in the hotel during my business trip. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice breakfast and dinner. Great services from the staff, particularly Estelle from the back office. I lost my luggage in transit which could be very stressful during a work trip, and Estelle was very professional and efficient in providing assistance. It was above and beyond, and the main reason I was very pleased with the stay!

The best of the best this place is like my own house nice people nice food the place is super clean Movenpick is a hug ❤️❤️❤️❤️even in other countries like Lome I always use them they are definitely my favorite place I will always choose them ❤️❤️❤️ the rate is not bad anytime and they have a yummy brunch on Sunday with differen type of food

Outstanding hotel in Plateau, Abidjan for my stay in Cote d'ivoire, coupled with the warm hospitality and reception from all hotel staff especially Florence, has certainly made my stay here comfortable & a feeling of home-away-from-home. It was my first experience at this reputated hotel. Having an administrative appointment nearby I decided to have a coffee. The team welcome me as a king and the barmaid, Ruth, was like fantastic. I can confirm she was well trained as well the botel reputation. Can't wait to come back again.

Awesome place with Luxurious experience, comfortable bed. Very clean room. This place highly recommended. The service of the employees very professional. They were always to help especially Florence. I loved their foods especially the club sandwich.

I had a fantastic experience at Movenpick Abidjan. The staff was extremely courteous and responsible, taking care of every guest, especially Ines, who was outstanding. I particularly enjoyed their evening happy hour, which is complimentary for guests staying in a specific room type.

It was an awesome experience. I was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, especially Ines, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff are bilingual, which made communication seamless. The hotel is very conveniently located for business meetings in Abidjan's plateau area. The iconic cathedral is in walking distance. Banks, supermarket and restaurants are also in close proximity. Since ATMs nearby were all empty, the reception kindly changed money. Excellent service and customer orientation, all the staff do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Great experience and a clear recommendation.

Great service from friendly staff. The location is great. Getting around the city is easy. This is a 5 Star hotel. Loved my stay there. Would highly recommend for both business and leisure. The meals at the restaurant are very tasty. I loved the Ice Cream as well.
