PuwuNestled in a valley just 20 minutes from Queenstown, this hidden gem is a hidden gem.
The hotel rooms are very fancy, and there's even an open-air bathtub, an indoor swimming pool, and a spa.
The value for money is truly excellent. Highly recommended!

The service at this hotel was excellent; the staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was the best, most varied, and most delicious we'd had since Christchurch. It seems the hotel is undergoing renovations, as there was a distinct smell of paint in the hallway, though the room itself was fine. The front desk is located by the lake, but the navigation system hasn't been updated yet. We arrived around 6 PM after dark, and the navigation led us to the street behind the hotel's old building.
The hotel lobby offers complimentary wine, chocolates, and cookies at different times throughout the day, which was lovely to enjoy after an afternoon walk.
However, there's one facility that definitely needs upgrading: the shower water pressure was extremely weak, and the water temperature was very unstable—either lukewarm or suddenly scalding hot. Overall, showering was very uncomfortable.
Aside from the shower, everything else about the hotel was very satisfying 👍

The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk genuinely and sincerely helped guests with their questions and needs. My three-night stay was truly fantastic! The rooftop offers stunning mountain and lake views, and the cozy fireplace makes you feel like you're in a secluded paradise. Getting around is super convenient. After leaving Queenstown Airport, you only need to walk about 100 meters to find the #1 public transport bus. Remember to buy a transport card at the airport bookstore beforehand; it's very convenient and cheap, especially if you're traveling alone or with one other person. One card is all you need. To get to this hotel (Leloo Hotel), take the bus from the airport. After about 20 minutes, get off at Stanley Street, which is a major transport hub, just a 4-minute walk from the hotel. You'll know it's the right stop because it's at the bottom of a big downhill road, with a large park on your right. The bus stops are conveniently divided into A, B, and C sections. Getting to Arrowtown only takes 25 minutes and costs 2.5 New Zealand dollars. There are many popular, Instagrammable shops nearby, like Fergburger. Even if you're vegetarian, don't worry, they all have Chinese menus.

cyyqqThe hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Queenstown city center, and the lake views are stunning. The room was spacious and clean, well-equipped, making for a comfortable and quiet stay. The staff's service attitude was good, though there was a slight wait during check-in. Overall, it was a great experience, perfect for a Queenstown vacation, and highly recommended.

Newer than the other Wyndham, and very close to the airport. There's a Thai restaurant and a Malaysian restaurant nearby, and you can walk to a Chinese and an Asian supermarket. The kitchen is fully equipped for making simple meals. If there's traffic, it takes about half an hour to drive to Queenstown.

Guest UserThe environment is beautiful, with a great view of the lake. The service is good, and the hygiene is excellent. The only downside is the internet connection. Everything else was perfect. I stayed for 5 days and was quite satisfied. I would recommend it to friends and family!

Guest UserI booked this hotel because I had an early 7 AM flight. It's easily accessible from Queenstown via bus route 1, and bus route 3 takes you to a supermarket near the airport, which is super convenient. I had originally planned to walk to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), but I easily caught a taxi at 5 AM for 20 NZD. The front desk staff was very friendly and attentive, especially a lady with a French accent. The front desk closes after 8 PM, but you can self-check-in/out with a key card. The room itself was well-equipped, thoughtfully laid out, clean, and tidy, with kitchen facilities and a washing machine.

Guest UserWhere do I start - from arriving until leaving we had the most amazing stay here.
We had a family room which was so spacious - the beds were huge and it’s cosy! The blowout curtains had us sleeping in more than it should’ve 😆
We had breakfast with our stay and it did not dissapoint there was such a selection from savoury to sweet and more! Love it coffee and juices included just amazing
The gym was so well equipped mlre than I’d expect so was pleasantly surprised and the equipment was all up to scratch and working smoothly
The spa was beautiful 🤩
The sauna was also good but it wasn’t as hot as would usually expect
It would be amazing if the bigger pool was heated so more ppl could enjoy swimming around together but it wasn’t like a cold plunge perfect for those who enjoy it after a sauna
The location is beautiful right near town a little walk away and parking was well priced and easy enough to organise
Thanks so much for having myself and my family
It made our stay that much more memorable

Guest UserWe stayed at this hotel apartment for three nights during our South Island road trip in Queenstown. The two-bedroom, two-living room lake-view apartment (with two separate bathrooms) was excellent! Make sure to choose a unit on the 4th or 5th floor, as the 3rd floor's lake view might be partially obstructed by other buildings. The kitchen is fully equipped (though you'll need to bring your own seasonings). On the evening of April 18th, we were able to see both the aurora and the Milky Way right from our room's balcony – no need to go out and brave the cold, which was absolutely amazing and so worth it! The hotel parking was also very convenient; we paid 45 NZD for three days. However, it might be inconvenient if you don't have a car, as the hotel is located in a lower area off the main road, and the front desk is a bit of a walk from the other two apartment buildings. It's about 2.5 kilometers from Queenstown center.

chiichan_desuyoBeing in the city center, it's very convenient to get around, and close to the InterCity bus and airport shuttle stops. It's also about a 10-minute walk to places for tours like Milford Sound. I'd say the location is excellent!
The room itself was very clean, and even though all the beds were occupied, the other guests in the room were quiet, which made it easy to sleep.
The building itself also looked very clean from the outside.
However, it was a shame that there were no power outlets near the beds, no hairdryer in the bathroom, and the common areas were incredibly dirty – though that might have just been bad luck with the other guests staying at the time.
Considering the price, if you can overlook these issues, it's probably worth staying. I'd consider staying here again.
