Queenstown Hostels

This motel in Queenstown offers excellent value for money (seriously, the value is amazing – if you don't care about lake or mountain views, go for it!). It's about a 10-minute walk to the town center, which is super convenient (though there's a hill to climb, it's manageable). We might have visited during the off-season, as we got a free room upgrade, and it was incredibly spacious for two people. The kitchen facilities were fully equipped, and the accommodation was clean and cozy. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Plus, there's a paid laundry and dryer service (unfortunately, we didn't have time to use it). This was easily one of the best motels we stayed at during our New Zealand trip.

The service attitude is super great. Luggage can be stored for a long time. When I got home late, the staff specially turned on the air conditioner to warm up the room. It's really amazing. I highly recommend everyone to come here! It's just a bit far to walk to the central area. But it's really worth recommending.

We were in „lake view“ apt. no. 14, one of those which had just been renovated and thus was in top condition, spotless clean, and very comfy. With its well equipped kitchen we were able to enjoy self cooked breakfast and dinner, while the modern bathroom let us have a nice shower. The heatpump was unobtrusive, easy to keep us warm inside at freezing temperatures outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful, a small issue was quickly solved. We can definitely recommend staying at Luxe, also because of the very close proximity to the town centre. We will surely book again when next time in Queenstown.

The room has a double bed and a sofa bed, with an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a fridge and cooking utensils. The bathroom is a decent size, neither too big nor too small. The hotel has its own parking lot and is about a 15-minute walk from Queenstown town center. The only downside is a bit of an uphill walk, which can be tiring, but otherwise, everything is good.

蠻不錯的，離購物街特別近，步行幾分鐘就到了。我們玩了纜車和蒸汽船，酒店大概在這兩個點的中間位置，都是幾百米的樣子，特別方便。前台小哥很熱情，我們提前到的，把行李寄存後就出去玩了，小哥把房卡給我們後就幫我們把行李都搬到房間了，退房時碰到也幫我們搬了行李。窗户的縫隙會有點漏風，但晚上在床上睡着就不會冷，空調吹着還有點熱。有微波爐可以加熱食物，挺好的。

Had a very comfortable stay at Alexis. Just 10min walk from the town centre. However, do note that parking space is limited, and might need to park by the street.

Free parking and close to Queenstown garden and just 15mins walk to Fregburger (but there is a hill). If you don't want to walk, you can park your car in the Garden (4 hour parking) then 5 mins walk to the city.

We had originally booked a cheaper motel, but when we received a notification from the hotel that it was fully booked, Trip.com upgraded us to this hotel (the price on the platform was 1.5 times the original price). We were very satisfied with this hotel and thank the hotel staff for their enthusiastic and attentive service.

Good location, ten minutes walk to the city center, double bed for two people can be a bit small with children, parking lot, no breakfast, but electric stove, microwave, all utensils, four minutes walk from the bus station

Very close to the city center, 5 minutes walk. Take the steamboat pier in the city center, park the car at the hotel, and you can take the steamboat in 5 minutes. The facilities are a bit old, it can be used, there is a stove. My room is on the side of the road, opposite the lake view.
