Queenstown Hotels with Bars

This Queenstown trip involved three nights at different hotels due to tight availability: Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel, Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown Central, and Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa. Park Boutique left the deepest impression. Though not downtown, its location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the town center. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, with a nightly wine tasting salon. Breakfast featured a partial buffet with main courses ordered à la carte. However, each guest could only order their main course once. Ideally, a second order could be offered for an additional fee, allowing larger groups to sample more dishes. The best part was the practical facilities: a small kitchen, a bathroom with separate wet and dry zones, and a mattress that was perfectly firm and comfortable. Surprisingly, there was even a fireplace, adding warmth to slightly chilly evenings. In short, if you're heading to Queenstown for a relaxing getaway, Park Boutique is the ideal place to stay.

Nestled in a valley just 20 minutes from Queenstown, this hidden gem is a hidden gem. The hotel rooms are very fancy, and there's even an open-air bathtub, an indoor swimming pool, and a spa. The value for money is truly excellent. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay in Queenstown! The hotel was beautifully presented, with stunning views and a perfect location close to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Queenstown is already an amazing destination, but this hotel made the trip even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Zealand!

Looks like we got a recently renovated apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was prompt whenever we needed it.Basement parking was available for our stay, and the unit was conveniently located next to a staircase leading directly to Stanley Street, where our ski bus pick-up point was. It was also less than a 10-minute walk to the town centre. Overall, no regrets—it was an excellent choice and great value for the price. Clean, with great service. They have Chinese-speaking front desk staff and servers, so language wasn't an issue. The only thing is the bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but everything else was excellent. The bus stop and the coach to Cardrona are right downstairs, which is super convenient. Just remember that the Queenstown buses run hourly, so be sure to mind the time.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. You need to exchange coins to use the laundry room. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it very accessible. I highly recommend staying here. I think it's been rebranded as a Voco now.

The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk genuinely and sincerely helped guests with their questions and needs. My three-night stay was truly fantastic! The rooftop offers stunning mountain and lake views, and the cozy fireplace makes you feel like you're in a secluded paradise. Getting around is super convenient. After leaving Queenstown Airport, you only need to walk about 100 meters to find the #1 public transport bus. Remember to buy a transport card at the airport bookstore beforehand; it's very convenient and cheap, especially if you're traveling alone or with one other person. One card is all you need. To get to this hotel (Leloo Hotel), take the bus from the airport. After about 20 minutes, get off at Stanley Street, which is a major transport hub, just a 4-minute walk from the hotel. You'll know it's the right stop because it's at the bottom of a big downhill road, with a large park on your right. The bus stops are conveniently divided into A, B, and C sections. Getting to Arrowtown only takes 25 minutes and costs 2.5 New Zealand dollars. There are many popular, Instagrammable shops nearby, like Fergburger. Even if you're vegetarian, don't worry, they all have Chinese menus.

The staff are nice and friendly. Good to have the water refill machine at the lobby and the hotel room is clean and tidy. The only issue is they have a limited number of carpark space and need to book for the carpark space in advance, but there are still lots of public street parking space next to the hotel as well. So generally everything is good and worth for money!

The environment is beautiful, with a great view of the lake. The service is good, and the hygiene is excellent. The only downside is the internet connection. Everything else was perfect. I stayed for 5 days and was quite satisfied. I would recommend it to friends and family!

The ground floor room had no view to speak of, and the overall experience was just okay. The service was decent, except for the middle-aged ladies who drove their Mercedes convertibles to work; they were incredibly arrogant. Also, the hotel only offers paid valet parking, and spots are very limited ($50 a day), so you'll need to find your own parking. My advice is to drive out during the day and return after 6 PM, as there's free street parking right outside the hotel, though you might have to circle a few times to find a spot. Alternatively, you can park in the adjacent Victoria Park for free for up to 4 hours.
