We loved our stay at the cinnamon citadel. The hotel and the amazing pool were perfect for relax time after sightseeing the area. The view was amazing and calm. The service was impeccable, we enjoyed dinner and music every evening and finally stayed longer than planned.

Very pretty and nice resort with mountain view. Friendly staffs and super super nice breakfast. However, it is too fat away from Kandy city center, you have to pay 1500+ rp for each ride, and most tuk tuk drivers don't prefer to go to this place. The google map shows wrong way and the team knew about this, but informed us just on the day of arrival, making this journey even harder.

The hotel has a great sense of design, and the balcony of the hotel has a very beautiful view. The hotel has a large terrace, and a wedding was being held on the day we went there, which was filled with happiness and joy. There are lawns and big trees on the large terrace of the hotel, and you can also see the mountains in the distance. The service is friendly, American style, the swimming pool is large and clean, and there are not many people swimming. On the way to swim, I also saw a garden, which looked like a secret garden in the morning light. The food is very affordable and delicious, and the breakfast variety is super rich. It is the most cost-effective hotel in this trip to Sri Lanka.

The hotel group is small but has boutique hotels across Sri Lanka. This w15 is located near kandy. There is a shooting club next to it and tatata gunshots can be heard during the day. The level of hospitality matches the famed Celonese hospitality and will be remembered for long and a must experience in Sri Lanka visit..

It is located in the center of Kandy and is very conveniently located near the Temple of the Tooth Relic. I used it as a place to stay on the way, and the price was reasonable and I was very satisfied.

You can often see various birds and eagles, which is very suitable for people who like quietness and close to nature. The swimming pool is my favorite part. It is open almost all day. When swimming in the early morning or evening, I feel that the whole pool and the world belong to me, which makes people feel relaxed. The restaurant is also facing the pool. When dining, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and feel the tranquility of nature. After breakfast every day, I will sit on the platform to read or handle work. The atmosphere is quiet and the temperature is suitable. Looking back on the entire 20-day journey in Sri Lanka, this is one of the few places where I can read with peace of mind. The hotel is far from the city, and it may take 20 to 30 minutes of driving time for tourists who want to explore Kandy city. Secondly, the professionalism of service details can be improved. For example, there was a service staff performing local dances at check-in, but it was obviously perfunctory. After that, the hotel arranged a dedicated waiter and handed me a mobile phone for contact at any time, but her service seemed unfamiliar. For example, when I was in the room, I asked whether the curtains were manual or electric. After she answered that they were manual, she demonstrated and opened the curtains again. At that time, it was 6 or 7 o'clock in the evening. It was completely dark and there was no need to open it at all. The same waiter would ask me what I wanted to eat every morning at breakfast. I said that when I eat cereal, I always ask whether it is with coconut syrup or honey. I chose coconut syrup for four consecutive days, but I was asked again every day. It was quiet, and the temperature was perfect—not too hot. This hotel was one of the few places during my 20-day trip in Sri Lanka where I could truly relax and enjoy some peaceful reading time. However, the hotel has some shortcomings in its service. First, it’s located quite far from the city center, which might not be convenient for those looking to explore Kandy. Second, the quality of service felt unrefined. For example, upon check-in, staff members performed a traditional song and dance, but it felt half-hearted. Later, I was assigned a personal service staff member and given a phone for direct contact. However, the staff member seemed inexperienced. For instance, when I asked if the curtains were manual or electric, they demonstrated how to close them but then reopened them, even though it was already 6-7 p.m. and completely dark outside. These small details reflected a lack of polish in the service. Another minor issue was at breakfast. Every morning, I chose cereal and was asked if I preferred coconut syrup or honey. I answered “coconut syrup” every time, but the staff still asked me the same question every day. While it’s a small matter, it suggests room for improvement in their service process. Overall, the Jetwing Kandy Gallery is a great place to relax and connect with nature. The rooms, pool, and surrounding environment are excellent. If the hotel could enhance its service details, such as being more attentive to guests’ habits and preferences, the experience would be even better.

This one has a good environment, but the location is too biased and there is nothing around. Everything was wonderful, a nice room with a beautiful view of Kandy, a balcony, an excellent breakfast and its presentation, everything was wonderful. Some minor disadvantages include the location: the car could not reach the hotel 200 meters away, the mountain is very steep. There are two rooms on the floor, and one shower and washbasin.
