Very clean, good breakfast buffet. Super nice and helpful stuff. But it’s located on top of a hill and you need the shuttle bus and it only runs at 9.45am to go further away and there’s no shuttle bus to come back. Otherwise it runs throughout the day to the bottom of the hill. Taxis and public transport is not good since it’s a small town so plan accordingly .

First luxury camping experience, highly recommended!
Complete facilities, including open-air bath and sauna.
The ingredients for breakfast and dinner are sufficient, but the quality of the meat is average.
We purchased additional ingredients at a nearby supermarket.
Camping in the Martian sky at night is a good experience for children!
In addition, the campground is very close to the famous scenic spot of Lake Yamanaka, and it only takes about ten minutes to drive~
Pay to check in early and enjoy the sunset~
Will come again if I have the chance!

Both boss and staff are very friendly, helped us to carry our luggages to room, which is spacious and comfy, with all sorts of amenities we needed(like winter heater, towel, toothbrush, kettle & hair dryer, etc). Check in and check out are easy and fast, all staff able to communicate in Mandarin and English. The bathroom(public use but split into men & women room) is quite clean, with built in 'onsen' and provided skincare for after bath use. There is a canteen here, simple menu were provided, taste not bad, like home-cooked food. Microwave is provided too so no worries if you want to reheat the food bought from outside. The ambient of the accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The day we reached is snowing, so the view from our room is fantastic, you can see snow outside window. Although it's a shame that Mt. Fuji hid from us due to the snowy weather...
There are some convenient stores, a supermarket and coin laundry near the accommodation. And it's really near to Lake Yamanakako so the view around is really scenic. It's also near a famous onsen place called 'Benifuji' too. Overall a worth for money place to stay at! would come again if have the chance. Would recommend this accommodation!
Please note that if you bringing children the age of 12 or below, the reservation will be canceled without refund.
Fuji and enjoy a special moment of peace and tranquility.
This is a new type of ryokan where all rooms are equipped with private saunas. Because it is completely private, you can enjoy a relaxing experience that is gentle on your body and mind without worrying about being seen. Fuji and Lake Yamanaka in front of you. Fuji, and Lake Yamanaka are right in front of you. The water from the sauna is mild on the skin, and the water from the underground Mt. The outdoor air bath is comfortable even in the summer time, as Lake Yamanakako has a climate similar to that of Helsinki, Finland, the home of the sauna. In addition to such an excellent sauna experience, the rooms are colorful and beautifully decorated. The cuisine is prepared with fresh ingredients from the rich land of Yamanashi and other parts of Japan. Please spend a special time filled with relaxation in a ryokan that incorporates abundant blessings of nature.

The location of the hotel is actually OK. Although it takes an hour to get from Gotemba Station to the hotel by bus, 44 stops, every half an hour.
But Mount Fuji is right outside the hotel lobby window. It was a pleasant surprise for me who thought the weather might be bad and visibility was poor.
The hotel front desk guys and girls were quite enthusiastic, but the room service was really unexpected! We stayed for two nights, so the suitcases and toiletries were all in the room, basically spread out neatly. But the next day when we went out and returned to the room, we found that the room had been tidied, but the two pajamas we had put on the bed were thrown on the floor!! I complained to the front desk. The guy said: Sao Li! Room service is outsourced! He will report it!
Then when I took a shower at night, I couldn’t find the facial cleanser that was originally placed with the shower gel. I looked around and recalled that it must have been thrown away by the person who cleaned the room, but why? ? The milk carton after eating was not thrown away?
I complained to the front desk again! A new girl changed. After she understood, she went to the warehouse to rummage around and came out with my facial cleanser. It was only half a bottle. Why did she clean it up? ? There is no other explanation Saoli Saoli🙄
So I couldn't find vitamin B later. I strongly suspected that I was also dealt with. It's not worth the money. Can I call the police? !
So I don't know whether I should recommend this hotel. I don't know if I will go there again next time. By the way, the bathtub can be used for bathing, but the plug at the bottom of the bathtub can't be plugged in. The water flows out. For a moment, I thought that it was not just letting the water flow while soaking...
In the morning, we can help you book a car to go to the Yamanakako Plain to watch the sunrise.

Checked in early, put down my things, charged my phone, and went out to take beautiful photos at the White Torii of Yamanakako, which is a 10-minute walk away.
Luckily, Mount Fuji was right in front of us.
The check-in lady led us to arrange the room and hot spring at night♨️
Just opposite the room, I soaked for 15 minutes to eliminate fatigue🥱It was so refreshing.
The corridors and halls of the room were clean and tidy everywhere. It was a comfortable and cozy place.
It is the best choice to stay here in Yamanakako😍

The best location to see Mount Fuji. Rooms 102 and 101 are facing Mount Fuji. The living room and dining room are downstairs, and there are two rooms upstairs. Although there are five beds that can accommodate 10 people, one bed is in the attic, which is very inconvenient. There is only one bathroom on the second floor, so it is best for 4 people. However, the view from the room is so good that the 5 of us were very happy to stay there. The hygiene is good and the facilities are very complete. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and there are convenience stores and small restaurants about a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel by Lake Yamanaka from which Mt. Fuji can be viewed

🏨Although the hotel shows signs of age, the price/performance ratio is great💯!
It’s so close to Mount Fuji that there are no friends🌄, and the overall experience is definitely worth a try✨.
Although it looks a little old-fashioned on the outside🕰️, the comfort and value on the inside are definitely beyond your imagination👌.
Staying here, you will find the perfect combination of cost-effectiveness and beautiful scenery💖, don’t miss it! 😉

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but it is no problem if you travel by car.
The design and decoration of the hotel are very fashionable, clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is quiet, and you can see deer, kittens, etc. The hotel has two private hot springs for bathing. You can use it by making an appointment with the staff. The basic ladies' toiletries are all available, and the hair dryer is from Dyson✨
The hotel staff were very helpful and patient. I had a problem with my car when I was traveling by car. I needed to call the local police and get a report for insurance compensation. Thanks to the staff who always helped me communicate in Japanese, it made things a lot easier and saved me a lot of worry. 👍All the staff are very helpful. Although I only stayed for one night, I felt very comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel. Although Lake Kawaguchi is more popular, Lake Yamanaka is also good. It is close to Shiratorihama and you can have close contact with many swans😆

Outstanding
SSherwin ChooArrived at night, so it was a little challenging to find the location even with Google maps. Transportation did not seem convenient but we had a rental car (which I think was necessary) so we could move around the sights. The hotel manager was super polite and helpful. Kept the place very clean and tidy. Very well organised. Be also served a a packet breakfast everyday at the dining area. The bathroom was a shared japanese style bath but it was private if you locked it when in use. Overall, it was a great stay
SSMO32Booked last minute the night before. Great price and location. Low price was the main reason for booking. The shock and big surprise was the 11 out of 10 service and TLC I got from the owner Marie. I stayed in a room with its own bath shower toilet. Best customer careI have ever had even compared to a high end hotel for $200 a night. Yes you read that right. Something about these smaller hotels and the quality of service can't be matched. Very clean and very cute stay for exploring the Fuji mountain area. She speaks Chinese, Japanese and some English. And an amazing cook. Wow I was thankful I chose to eat at the hotel and not out somewhere else. My Bed was also very comfortable. Great sleep. It was More comfortable than the Disney Hilton Tokyo bay for $200 a night. Terrible beds.
GGuest UserI took the bus from Kawaguchiko and it was not far to get here after getting off the bus. I felt very stable when I came here, and that night was also the best night of rest in this trip. This is a feeling and experience that commercial hotels can't give you. Of course, this also depends on what you are pursuing. The boss is an old man. Check-in is at 5 pm. If you arrive early, you can put your luggage first and go to see the scenery. The water view and Mount Fuji are right at the door. To quote an online article, ”There are people living deep in the middle of the mountain, and the prosperity is far away from the mountains and water.” It's worth it.
GGuest UserIt can be seen that this B&B is run with great care. Although the room is old, the hygiene is OK. The backyard view is also beautiful. There is a public hot spring on the first floor, which can be booked once in the morning and once in the evening. When you check in, the waiter will introduce you to each area of the B&B in fluent English. You can only enter the room after 3 pm. The location is average. If you take the express bus to Yamanakako, it takes about 15 minutes to walk from the bus stop by the lake to the hotel.
TTayen ZGood value for money, the room is simple, clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is very beautiful, the location is equivalent to a villa complex in the suburbs of China, there are few people and it is quiet, it is very suitable for people who like to travel on two legs and families who drive here. The hostess is great, she answered all my questions and taught me how to sort garbage. I stayed there for one night and then climbed Mount Fuji. I climbed to the top on my birthday and came back to stay. I came down the mountain to catch the bus very late and didn’t have time to eat. My feet couldn’t walk anymore. The hostess saw that I was alone and helped me cook a bowl of birthday longevity noodles in the middle of the night. It was so warm. By the way, I like the layout of the public area! (Attached is the original photo)
SSebastian AndresThe facility offers what it says, we had all the services mentioned and had a quiet night. The location is a bit far and there is not much transportation option so you have to pay attention to the last bus. We checked in a little later and they were waiting for us, so thank you very much for that.
AAnonymous UserAlthough the bathroom and toilet are shared, they are very clean. Breakfast was very rich. The waiter was very nice and gave the child a bottle of Coke when he left. If you need to drive by yourself, you can go to Lake Yamanaka to enjoy the scenery of Mount Fuji.
