The service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

The hotel environment was great, quiet and not crowded. The two young ladies were very attentive, and the staff member was adorable. We watched the sunset from the terrace in the evening, which was beautiful. The hotel food was also good, with a very generous breakfast. The butler even gave us a cake, which was delicious.

Self-driving used to be very good parking (the boss helped direct 😄). On the side of the road on the mountain, there were a lot of flowers planted on both sides of the road near the hotel, and there were not so many other roadsides. It is very close to the Emerald Corridor and the Sea View Building. You can enjoy the night view. The Emerald Corridor is really beautiful at night. The landscape lights are light and bamboo. It’s okay to eat three meals at the homestay. The price is fair. We played in Zhuhai for three days and went to other restaurants to eat. I feel that this boss made the best (although the whole Zhuhai is a circle bamboo banquet ～), especially like the boss fried back pot meat! The homestay is clean and hygienic, the hot water is fast, and the sound insulation is good, because we came to an elderly group the next day (it should be a self-driving group that is a retirement spontaneous organization), playing mahjong and singing, but not noisy (the elderly family did not play very late). The second floor platform of the hotel can also sit and drink tea, and it is comfortable to sit without a hurry. And it’s not a weekend, the price is cheap. If you go to Zhuhai in the future, you will definitely live here. ps: I sent a pack of bamboo leaf yellow scorpion ～ delicious 😋 when I checked out.

Their house is located halfway up the mountain, very close by bus from the west gate. The bus stop at the entrance requires a short wait, but you can flag it down. Driving is recommended for more freedom. The rooms are very clean, and the owner and grandma's fried rice is especially delicious. We stayed in a room with a super large balcony and a fantastic view, surrounded by lush bamboo. This place is perfect for quiet tea drinking, meditation, and relaxation. If you can endure solitude and want to connect with nature, then this place is truly a great choice.

I found the owner, Yao Yao, online, and my first impression was that she was a sincere and genuine beauty. With a ”let's give it a try” attitude, I visited the Shunan Bamboo Sea: Diecui-Bieyuan. The experience far exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and fragrant, and the thoughtful heating made us, guests from Xinjiang, feel warm and comfortable. The delicious stir-fried dishes were absolutely fantastic. Although I only stayed for three days due to work, I promised to bring my parents and family next year to breathe in the fresh air of the bamboo forest and to return to Diecui-Bieyuan—a beautiful courtyard you won't want to leave once you've arrived—and to leave with a wonderful impression of the gentle and generous Yao Yao.

The core advantage of this guesthouse lies in its prime location within the scenic area. The first major attraction, ”Seven-Colored Waterfall,” is just an 800-meter walk from the guesthouse, significantly saving travel time and making it especially suitable for tourists who want an efficient sightseeing experience. The guesthouse owner is very welcoming and proactively recommends itineraries, which is very helpful for those unfamiliar with the area, preventing them from getting lost. Regarding dining, the all-bamboo banquet is a highlight; it's not only delicious but also incredibly affordable, offering excellent value for money and allowing guests to experience local specialties. Nearby attractions are also conveniently located, including Hai Zhong Hai (Sea in Sea), Fairy Lake, Xianyu Temple, and Tianbao Village (**Wo). The room was clean and tidy, and they proactively upgraded our room. There's a hot spring downstairs, and you can also enjoy free karaoke and billiards. It's excellent value for money.

Service: I really have to complain about this. Don't listen to that auntie downstairs. I suggest booking on-site because they're different from others; once you book, it's non-refundable if you don't stay (it says free refunds within a few minutes, no refunds after that, and we only found this out later). The staff initially said it was refundable because of a location issue, but even after we went downstairs, it was still non-refundable. We contacted Ctrip multiple times, and they said the hotel owner told us to contact them. The owner then said the gist was no refund unless we stayed. The person who contacted us downstairs even suggested we eat at their restaurant. Otherwise, it was okay. Especially the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. Environment: The 199 package only covers the first floor, which has a lot of mosquitoes. I don't recommend using the 199 booking; the mosquitoes are plentiful and the environment is bad. I also suggest rooms on the 4th or 5th floors with enclosed windows. Rooms without enclosed windows also have a lot of mosquitoes. The 4th and 5th floors are a bit more expensive. I don't recommend the private hot spring rooms; the tub there wasn't clean, with a lot of limescale. Cleanliness: I didn't check the other cleanliness details when I went, but the private hot spring in the room was subpar. It was a bit disappointing. We originally went there for this, but later we didn't want it anymore. Facilities: There's free parking, but you might need to be a little careful because the slope is quite steep. Pay attention to your driving style and turning angles when going up and down the slope to avoid scraping the undercarriage. I scraped mine, and several metal bolts on the undercarriage were scraped off. One of those bolts damaged my oil pan, causing a slight oil leak. I won't comment on the other aspects since I didn't experience them. Please only book if you're sure you'll be staying. If you're unsure, I suggest not booking. No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! The hotel is located inside the attraction area which we have to buy the entrance ticket to get to enter. The lady owner will drive out to pick us up to her hotel and she helps to buy discounted cable car ticket to view the sea of bamboo. Moreover, the bamboo feast set lunch (RMB588) provided at the hotel is quite good but a bit expensive. Some of the rooms we booked have toilets with squatting and therefore, please call the hotel to ensure the sitting toilet instead of squatting one. She is willing to change one of the rooms for us to sitting toilet.

The room is clean and hygienic, and was renovated in the past two years with complete facilities. The owner and his family are warm and friendly, and they will charter a car to travel to various attractions at any time. The food is of good quality, but the price is a bit expensive.
