GGuest UserThe service was excellent, Check in and check out was smooth and quick. The guy who runs the place went over and beyond. Before we left Chengdu we added the phone number and connected with him on WeChat. He helped check if our train (We bought tickets for Yibin) passed through the nearer train station. He helped to organize a driver for us from Yibin to the hotel. For breakfast the served simple but yummy bamboo noodles. Cleanliness I give them 10/10. The hotel is well maintained, super clean, even under the beds (we moved out 2 beds together). The bed was too comfortable. The pillows were super great. Had a beautiful 2 nights of sleep. The room was spacious. Location is great. A little away from the main area but close enough to walk there. the museum bus station is a few meters away (3 mins walk) and the cable car is 1km away. I suggest walking there, its a beautiful walk surrounded b bamboo. The guy who runs the place helped us to map the route to the places we wanted to see. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel environment was great, quiet and not crowded. The two young ladies were very attentive, and the staff member was adorable. We watched the sunset from the terrace in the evening, which was beautiful. The hotel food was also good, with a very generous breakfast. The butler even gave us a cake, which was delicious.

GGuest UserThe room booked this time was beyond expectations, and the environment was better than the hotel chain. The sheets and quilts are very clean, and the bathroom and bathroom water are also very large. The surrounding air is very fresh and makes people feel particularly relaxed. Today, I ate bamboo shoots noodles and eggs here for breakfast. I will come here next time I come to Zhuhai and recommend it to my friends. Oh, I forgot to say that the location here is also very good, and the Emerald Corridor can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

XXiaoben619Their house is located halfway up the mountain, very close by bus from the west gate. The bus stop at the entrance requires a short wait, but you can flag it down. Driving is recommended for more freedom. The rooms are very clean, and the owner and grandma's fried rice is especially delicious. We stayed in a room with a super large balcony and a fantastic view, surrounded by lush bamboo. This place is perfect for quiet tea drinking, meditation, and relaxation. If you can endure solitude and want to connect with nature, then this place is truly a great choice.

MM489942****My parents came from Mianyang, and I took them to see the famous Shunan Bamboo Sea scenic area in Yibin. I had stayed at Diecui Bieyuan before, when I brought friends from Chongqing, and I was extremely satisfied with my first stay – the experience was excellent in every aspect, and the service was exceptional. This time, I originally wanted to take my family to experience different guesthouses, but after considering various options, I still felt this place was the best, so we stayed here again. My family likes to cook, so we brought our own equipment for barbecue and hot pot. I was worried the owner might not approve, but he was incredibly generous, not only providing us with tableware but also running around helping us with everything, even washing all the pots for us [laughing emojis]. Also, tea is free here; the owner brewed bamboo leaf tea, which was very fragrant and delicious. I bought some for my dad. Breakfast is also free. GGuest UserThe hotel's staff was incredibly welcoming, the service was excellent, and the ambiance was truly cozy. After a day of exploring, the moment I lay down, all my fatigue was gone. Dining here allows you to enjoy the distant mountain views, and the air is incredibly fresh. The outdoor pool and relaxation area are beautifully designed (though we didn't use the pool due to the weather), surrounded by lush vegetation, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The room interior is simple yet modern, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended for those seeking a tranquil retreat amidst nature. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

GGuest UserService: I really have to complain about this. Don't listen to that auntie downstairs. I suggest booking on-site because they're different from others; once you book, it's non-refundable if you don't stay (it says free refunds within a few minutes, no refunds after that, and we only found this out later). The staff initially said it was refundable because of a location issue, but even after we went downstairs, it was still non-refundable. We contacted Ctrip multiple times, and they said the hotel owner told us to contact them. The owner then said the gist was no refund unless we stayed. The person who contacted us downstairs even suggested we eat at their restaurant. Otherwise, it was okay. Especially the front desk staff were polite and enthusiastic. Environment: The 199 package only covers the first floor, which has a lot of mosquitoes. I don't recommend using the 199 booking; the mosquitoes are plentiful and the environment is bad. I also suggest rooms on the 4th or 5th floors with enclosed windows. Rooms without enclosed windows also have a lot of mosquitoes. The 4th and 5th floors are a bit more expensive. I don't recommend the private hot spring rooms; the tub there wasn't clean, with a lot of limescale. Cleanliness: I didn't check the other cleanliness details when I went, but the private hot spring in the room was subpar. It was a bit disappointing. We originally went there for this, but later we didn't want it anymore. Facilities: There's free parking, but you might need to be a little careful because the slope is quite steep. Pay attention to your driving style and turning angles when going up and down the slope to avoid scraping the undercarriage. I scraped mine, and several metal bolts on the undercarriage were scraped off. One of those bolts damaged my oil pan, causing a slight oil leak. I won't comment on the other aspects since I didn't experience them. Please only book if you're sure you'll be staying. If you're unsure, I suggest not booking. No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! No refunds! Be cautious when booking offline. Be cautious when ordering.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located inside the attraction area which we have to buy the entrance ticket to get to enter. The lady owner will drive out to pick us up to her hotel and she helps to buy discounted cable car ticket to view the sea of bamboo. Moreover, the bamboo feast set lunch (RMB588) provided at the hotel is quite good but a bit expensive. Some of the rooms we booked have toilets with squatting and therefore, please call the hotel to ensure the sitting toilet instead of squatting one. She is willing to change one of the rooms for us to sitting toilet.

김김본드It is located 5 minutes from the Heungmun Seokhae bus stop to the accommodation complex, so it is very accessible. The hotel desk's hospitality attitude was good, and they helped me order at the hotel restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. Since it is a hotel in a tourist complex, group tourists seem to be the main customers, and the breakfast is poor. The Heungmun Seokhae tourist site is a 5-minute walk away.
