The bathroom had a wet/dry separation and anti-slip mats on the floor, so I didn't have to worry about the child slipping. The hotel has a heated swimming pool with a comfortable water temperature, and our child absolutely loved it. The cleaning staff proactively replenished the children's toiletries daily, and any requests to the front desk were responded to very quickly. For breakfast, there were soft, well-cooked congees suitable for both the elderly and children. Our whole family felt at ease and safe during our stay; it's really well-suited for family travel."

I called the front desk to have someone come to check it out for me. As a result, the person who came took a casual look and said that it didn't affect the stay. He closed the curtains for me and left. Well, I endured it. When I was about to turn on the air conditioner at night, the air conditioner was also broken. It was even more exaggerated in the middle of the night. I don't know where the noise was that kept waking me up. Even if I wore headphones and turned up the volume of my mobile phone very loudly, I still couldn't sleep. I could only sleep for a while when it stopped ringing intermittently. I had an exam the next day. I was really speechless. This chain store is like this. The only five stars are given to the front desk lady. It's really noisy. There is a reason for the low score."

"The hotel is hidden in a small alley in the city center. If you live near the alley, you will hear the sound of cars honking at night, which will affect your rest. The room is also very strange. It would be even more stuffy if I closed the small window. If I didn't close the window, I would have to endure the occasional honking of cars downstairs, which is really annoying! The ground parking lot is basically full, and the underground parking lot is very run-down. There is no elevator directly to the lobby, so you have to carry your luggage up one flight of stairs to change elevators and walk out of the mall, which is very tiring. There is a stench of dead rats from the hotel lobby lounge to the elevator hall. The good thing is that the room is ok, clean and tidy. The elevator was also very fast and you didn't have to wait long. The breakfast was OK, but there were only two people at the counter, and the fried eggs were not replenished in time, which was very disappointing. I wanted to have a whole wheat sandwich, but I didn't get to eat it until I left. There aren't many varieties. Just normal."
