"I collected an accommodation after watching a video on the Internet many years ago. A foreigner married a local woman from Wuyuan and bought a century-old Qing Dynasty house here, converted it into a famous inn. I have always wanted to come here for a leisure trip, so I chose this one. There was no price increase during the National Day, just over 600 yuan, the store is located in Yancun Scenic Area, Sixi, Wuyuan. The ticket to the scenic area is 50 yuan, and the butler of the B&B helps to buy tickets for 30 yuan. The B&B is located in Yancun, which is much quieter than Sixi Village (I later found out that the ticket gate will be closed after dark, but you will have to scan your face to check your tickets when you go out or come in during the day). The butler of the B&B is very nice and runs this store alone. The owners are all in the newly opened one. The breakfast at the B&B is 50 yuan per person and dinner is 90 yuan per person, or you can order dishes yourself. The prices of the dishes are much higher than outside. I asked and it was the foreign owner's pricing. The style of the B&B is what I like! I love this fusion feeling so much! However, the wood smell on the first floor is still quite strong! Fortunately, the central air conditioning has strong wind power! There is no TV in the room, but there is a TV in the public area on the top floor. It's fun to watch talk shows with friends in the evening! The stay was very comfortable. Sometimes I need such a slow pace of life. I will come again next time."

"We arrived in Wuyuan on April 3rd only to find out that the rapeseed flowers had already fallen. At first, we thought our trip had ended before it even started. Fortunately, a young lady at the hotel went out of her way to help us find a solution. Following her advice, instead of going to the popular Huangling village, we chose the northern route, where several villages on the hills, likely due to the cooler climate, still had the flowers in full bloom and the fields were vibrant with bright yellow. Had we not stayed here, we would have returned home disappointed.
Another impressive aspect was the food, which was delicious at every meal. Honestly, the Chinese food at other stops on our trip wasn't to our liking, but here it was exceptional. We didn’t even need to specify the menu items; the hotel simply asked what we could eat, such as chicken, pork, beef, etc., and then prepared various dishes accordingly. This approach is quite convenient, allowing us to enjoy great meals without any hassle."

"Excellent hotel, clean and very calm rooms with a lovely river view. The hotel is located a bit outside of the town but it's only a rather quick DiDi/Taxi ride from the train station or town - there's not much traffic on the roads. Be aware, while the hotel is easy to reach from the town/train station it can be a bit difficult to order a taxi or DiDi to the hotel at certain times. But the hotel staff is super helpful and could always figure out solutions! Top.
The breakfast was also delicious and offered a nice variety. I had a great time there and would definitly pick this hotel again."

"At first, I saw that everyone had good reviews, so I almost blindly selected the B&B. In fact, the location of this hotel is very suitable for a resting point during a day trip to Wuyuan Village. The first floor of the B&B is quite cozy, and you can order wine and coffee. The room I booked was not cheap, but it didn't feel like a great value.
1. The suite you booked is on the fourth floor. There is no elevator, but the boss will help you carry your luggage upstairs.
2. The Ctrip platform said there was welcome fruit, but the boss said there was no such thing and it was required by the platform.
3. Because the room has a wooden floor with tatami mats, you cannot bring takeaway food in, you can only eat downstairs.
4. Breakfast: Because we traveled at 5:30, it was too early and there was no breakfast. We discussed with the boss one night in advance: refund the breakfast money or get something to fill our stomachs. The last thing we discussed was to refund the breakfast money.
5. There is a heater in the bathroom, which is more comfortable, but I am not sure if the bathroom glass has a privacy film? Finally, I took a bath towel and clamped it on the glass.
6. Because the B&B is in a village, small bugs may run in, so the screen windows are always closed. When I checked in, I saw a big fly. It buzzed around people when I slept at night and was very noisy."

GGuest UserWhen I saw the decoration of the B&B, I just wanted to say that the owner has really good taste and pays great attention to details. I went there with my two children and loved it so much that they just wanted to stay in the room and refused to go out.
1. The layout of the room is very reasonable and advanced, and the pillows are one latex and one cotton, which are very thoughtful;
2. The loft we live in has wooden floors, and every corner of the stairs up and down is wrapped with anti-collision corners, and there are also warm reminder signs;
3. There is a caring classmate beside the bed, whom my son loves very much;
4. The toilet is also a fully intelligent Jiumu; the toothbrush and disposable slippers are better than the five-star hotels I have stayed in;
5. Knowing that there were children staying, we thoughtfully prepared children's toothbrushes and slippers;
6. There are bookmarks in the lobby for guests to stamp and keep as souvenirs. Every corner of the B&B has the atmosphere of a cultural person and is super comfortable.

This treasure homestay is hidden in the deep alleys of the village, and also between the mountains and rivers...
Because it was raining, I was lucky enough to experience the simple version of ”Huolala” to check in🏨 It was really fun
🏨There are only 8⃣️ rooms. I booked a courtyard suite. The room is very large and has a small split level. The room is equipped with Boss speakers, hand-cranked coffee machines☕️, floor heating, electric curtains, automatic bathrooms, and full of modernity... The 2-meter bed is facing a whole wall of floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, and you can see the beautiful scenery of the courtyard. Drinking coffee, reading books, listening to music, and having a dog by your side is really comfortable ❤️ The hotel is very soundproof and private👍
Booked lunch at the homestay, which was made by a Sichuan chef. There is no menu, and the fixed per capita💰168¥ Matsutake chicken soup is delicious. I drank half a bowl by myself😘Matsutake shrimp paste is also delicious! The craftsmanship is good, I like it 💕
The weather has been bad these two days, so I plan to rest here. The laundry room is well equipped with supplies, so I wash all the dirty clothes before leaving🚗 (very pleasantly surprised: there is also a clothes drying rack in the room)

When I arrived at the room, I found that the landlady not only helped to turn on the air conditioner in advance, but also prepared some snacks, which made me feel very thoughtful. It is very close to the entrance of the scenic area. You can get there by just going out and walking up the stairs. The overall cost performance is relatively high.

The hotel is located on the other side from the main Huangling entrance. When our taxi arrived the hotel owner came to pick us up and take us to the hotel (I recommend adding the owner on Wechat first by his phone number, then he will help contact you and pick you up).
The hotel itself feels very nice and new, it’s just hidden back in between alleys. Our room was lovely, with a Western toilet, great shower, very comfortable bed, and great Wifi. We stayed for 2 nights and ate dinner in the hotel both nights which was delicious. They have a menu with a lot of variety to order from.
When we went to Huangling Village, the owner walked with us to the visitor center to help make sure we knew where to go. The next morning we had a flight back to Jingdezhen, and the owner helped drive us back to the Huangling Village entrance to get a Didi.
Overall, really enjoyed our stay and the owner was very accommodating and helpful!

GGuest UserThis is a fantastic place, right in the scenic area, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. At night, you can enjoy the night view, and during the day, you can stroll through the ancient landscape, with small bridges and flowing water right before your eyes. The atmosphere is truly captivating! It's also incredibly close to surrounding attractions: Wunu Island is about 10 minutes away, Moon Bay is just five or six minutes, Jiangwan is about 15 minutes, and Huangling is just around 20 minutes, making it quick and easy to get to wherever you need to go. The overall environment is exceptional, the facilities are all new, and the stay is incredibly comfortable. Rapeseed flowers bloom outside the window. You can tell the owner is a dedicated owner; the rooms are immaculately clean and the decor is warm and elegant. The food is absolutely amazing! It uses local ingredients, cooked to perfection, and every bite is satisfying. The owner is friendly and attentive, providing a thoughtful shuttle service. From check-in to check-out, it makes you feel right at home.
This B&B made my trip even more perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuyuan!

Hhappy little travellerfirstly about the owner, he’s helpful and knowledgeable and can solve all your problems. he picked me up around 10-11pm in his tricycle decked out in a raincoat and headlight in the rain and even cooked a warm bowl of noodles for me late at night because i was feeling hungry. he also helped me order a ride share to my next stop because it would be cheaper than booking a didi. the owner doesn’t speak english but i think he will gladly accept any foreigners. next is about my room, right outside my window is a little water stream where you can hear water rushing (very soothing if you’re not in the middle of a thunderstorm or flood), the windows are soundproof if you don’t like hearing the rushing water. since it is the countryside, there are a couple of bugs so beware and don’t leave the window open, bring mosquito repellent just in case. the bathroom is a squat toilet so not very suitable for foreigners. the location of the home stay is close to the ticket entrance but you do have to climb quite a few flight of stairs.

NNadineisinshanghaiWe stayed for 3 days in this lovely hotel, the lady running the place was really nice and helped us organising trips in the Wuyuan area. From the terrace you have a great view of the village and can take great photos. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need.
The lobby/ breakfast area has a lot of charme, since all the furniture is from another era and so the place just feels very original and homey. Even though on 2 of 3 days we were the only guests, we got a full buffet of delicious Chinese food for breakfast, including a good coffee.
The organised trips with Mister Yu were such a pleasure, he showed us the best spots in the area and was a really good driver.

The room was a real surprise, with a warm and elegant layout, soft and skin-friendly bedding, and a good night's sleep. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of high quality. The breakfast is richer than you can imagine, with a wide range of Chinese and Western delicacies, and the aroma of freshly made fried eggs and freshly baked bread fills the air. The fitness center is fully equipped with equipment and the swimming pool has clear water. Swimming a few laps will make you feel relaxed and refreshed. The location of the hotel is also great, with surrounding attractions and shopping malls within walking distance. This stay experience is perfect, I will choose here next time I travel!

YYuenWe came for a biking holiday. We stayed 4 nights. We left every morning on a different biking route. Lots of roads and villages.
We each had a guest room. I was disappointed that I had the smallest room but they thought I wanted to be on the same floor as my friends. They moved me to the 2nd floor and now I had the same HUGE place as my friends. In the sitting room, is an L-shaped couch. It pulls out as a bed. So I guess this room could fit up to 4 people. The shower is huge. There is plenty of space to wash our bikes. The sauna/hot air thing was great for drying our clothes too!
Had we been more people, we probably would have rented one of the bigger places and shared instead of getting our own guest rooms.
It's fairly quiet. Breakfast was served in a separate traditional building. Normal Chinese breakfast, but asked for the noodles with the fried eggs! The kitchen staff were very accommodating when we asked if we could have breakfast at 7 am. Also, we asked for a late check-out because we wanted to shower after our ride. They let each of us have our rooms till 4pm at no charge. It would be great if the stone tiles could be power washed as it was quite slippery when it rained.
I didn't have my driver's license but I needed to go pick up my friend and his broken bike. So I went back to ask the manager if he could drive our car 35 km to pick up my friend. He was happy to drive me!
The sign to the guest house was not installed but if you look for the castle-like building, you'll find it. It was tricky getting to the hotel because we arrived late and it was absolutely chucking down with rain.
This is a great, gorgeous place if you want peace and quiet. My room had a river view. Great for relaxation. Highly recommend this place.

I visited Huangling the next morning. At that time, I thought I would find a hot spring hotel to rest. I didn’t expect such a favorable price to include hot springs ♨️. I ran back and forth in several pools by myself at night. I felt like a rich man. The hotel was newly renovated in 25 years. The environment is also very good. I can hear birds singing early in the morning. It is the highlight of this trip to Wuyuan.
