Wunvzhou Dreamless Lake Resort Hotel

The room itself was decent. Although you could tell it had some age, it was pretty well-maintained. The biggest plus was the excellent location; we could see the iron flower fireworks and regular fireworks right from our room, which was incredibly convenient and a huge bonus. However, the front desk service was quite disappointing. For a hotel that markets itself as five-star, the walk from the front desk to the room was very long, and there was no staff available to help with luggage, which definitely detracted from the experience. What was even more ridiculous was that it was pouring rain when I checked out. I didn't expect them to push my luggage for me; I just wanted to borrow an umbrella to avoid getting drenched while wheeling my bags to the shuttle. But the front desk actually asked for a deposit, which was just speechless. These basic service details really don't meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Overall, the facilities were alright, but the service needs improvement.

Located within Wunvzhou Scenic Area, there's free parking for self-drivers and a shuttle service for convenient access. The rooms are clean, and breakfast is substantial. It's worth staying a night to explore Wunvzhou at your leisure.

The hotel is really quiet, and the sightseeing bus drops you right at the entrance. Breakfast was abundant and delicious! Our room had a view of Jin Pavilion, and there was even a private viewing platform! It's a shame I didn't get to check it out. I'll definitely have to come back and stay again! I absolutely love Wunvzhou; my first visit was full of pleasant surprises and felt so refreshing!

The room itself is pretty standard for a 4-star hotel. The biggest issue is the location within the scenic area, which makes getting around very inconvenient. We couldn't even order food delivery to the hotel; we had to take a shuttle bus to the entrance of the scenic area to pick it up. And these shuttle buses don't run continuously; they have fixed schedules. If you need the flexibility to come and go as you please, I'd strongly recommend choosing a different hotel.

The room was very spacious, and the AC was already on when I entered. Since it's by the lake, I could see the Golden Pavilion and the floating restaurant, which I thought made it better than other hotels. I'll bring the kids next time for another visit.

Forgot to take pictures of the room. The staff service was mediocre, especially the shuttle driver who was quite rude. Staying outside the resort would suffice; there's no need to stay inside. It's really inconvenient to bring luggage in, and it's not good value for money.

Great location! You can watch the firework show from the balcony without having to fight for a spot in the crowd. The fireworks were beautiful. However, there was a smell coming from the drain in the room, which made it hard to sleep at night. For this price point, a hotel shouldn't have this kind of issue.

The views are fantastic and the location is great. The room is spacious, but the cleanliness needs improvement, especially the details. Also, it's a bit inconvenient to pick up food deliveries.
