Morioka New City Hotel Reviews

The location of this hotel is good since it is quite close to the Morioka station and you can get access to the public transport such as trains, Shinkansen, buses and taxis easily. You can walk from the hotel to Morioka station around 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and polite. The rooms we stayed in were very good value for money.

Accommodation near Morioka Station, convenient transportation. The room is a bit narrow but the bed is large, comfortable for 2 people, not cramped. Complete amenities, even pajamas are provided.

The location is really great. It's only two minutes walk from the airport bus to the alley across the street. The hotel is very small and the room is also very small. It is the smallest Japanese business hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk is as friendly as always in Japanese style, but the room is really too small. I can't even stretch my legs straight in the bathtub.

Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes. I think the previous guest had smoked. When I told the front desk, they offered to change the room. (I declined because I was only staying for one night) They were very kind in that regard.

Room condition: -The cleanliness of the room is average, and there is also a moldy smell, poor facilities, and abnormal equipment. There are issues such as odor and noise, and there is no real clean feeling -Hotel staff are generally a bit rude but their service attitude is not great either

The location is still OK. It's a 3-minute walk from the JR station, but this hotel is really depressing! The yin energy is very strong, and there is an indescribable feeling! I felt so tired when I slept, it felt like I was being fucked. I will never stay here again! Moreover, the worst room I was given had a window with no view of the outside, which was completely inconsistent with the actual room type booked! Overall experience was poor.

I stopped by on an overnight trip with my son. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a small twin room, but it was spacious enough for a one-night stay for two people. The bathroom facilities were a little old, but the faucets and shower curtain were sparkling and comfortable. There was no dust on the ventilation fan, so I felt they had cleaned it carefully. It was reasonably priced and close to the station, so I'd like to stay here again if I come to Morioka. Thank you for your help.
