The name of this hotel was changed from Million Dragon Hotel to City Viva Hotel, but the old name still remains on Google Maps. So, I showed the taxi driver the hotel name and location. He seemed very confused. Anyway, the room we stayed in was nice. In general, everything went smoothly. During our 5-day stay at this hotel, we had no problems."

I recently stayed at City Viva Hotel in Macau and had a mixed experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues that affected my comfort during my stay. The main issue I encountered was with the room temperature—it was impossible to adjust it to a warmer setting, which made the room feel quite cold. As a result, I had to wear a jacket inside the room to stay comfortable. Additionally, the air quality was a concern; despite the hotel being clean, the environment felt smoky throughout my stay. There was a constant smoky odor in the air, which was unpleasant and detracted from the overall comfort of the room. I was also required to pay a deposit of HK$500 at check-in, which is something to be aware of when booking your stay. Overall, while the hotel is clean and offers decent amenities, the temperature control and smoky environment were drawbacks that impacted my experience.

The hotel is very near the bus stop, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

Bugs in the bathroom. Whole room stinks like the previous guest smoke.

what I liked is staff at reception, they helped to order taxi, but they need to get rid of all the paper work, because it takes guests valuable time to check in and check out. Unfortunately, we were given a smoking room, smell was strong. a little difficult to find the hotel, as they need to install some signs with logo or naming on the building. Overall 3.5. good value, but need to work on minimal standards.

No facilities and no food room service.

Very worth the money for friends of 4, spacious but needs a little cleaning. Quite far from hotel to casino but overall still worth staying.

It was enjoyable birthday for me. Will visit next time. A little bit small room for suites.

Check-in around 11pm due to late arrival. Was given a wheelchair accessible room. Front desk was very accommodating to change of room upon our request. Photo of rooms as per hotel's description. Took a shuttle bus from Taipa ferry terminal to Sands Macao. Million Dragon was about 7 mins walking distance from Sands Macao. You can take a bus to MGM macau if lazy to walk there, bus stop was not far from hotel.
